The screen behind the stage bloomed with visuals of African art, burning sunsets, gold-lined symbols. And walking into that golden light was Runtown. “Make some noise, Seoul!!” Arms wide like a prophet with swagger. His voice rolled across the stadium like smooth thunder. “Hope you guys are ready for some love tonight!” The crowd erupted. “RUNTOWN FOR LIFE!!!” “GHANA GIRL, MARRY HIM OHHH!!” Phones flew in the air. But Runtown didn’t leave. He held up a finger, signaling the DJ and the lights dimmed again. The stage turned soft blue. A gentle sound but elevating beat floated out and then, like silk, his voice returned deeper, more tender now. Runtown stepped forward like a man about to plead his soul. Instruments playing on background 🎶 Ohh... yeah... “My doctor say my cure dey on top your body oh…” “All the times wey I do you wrong, girl I’m sorry oh…” “Give me love wey better pass e money oh…” “Wey sweet pass money oh…” Fans were screaming. The crowd sang along with him joyously and melodiously... Then, slowly, he whispered into the mic: “Seoul… I go love una… for life.” As Runtown belted the last lines of For Life, the beat eased off but the energy in the arena skyrocketed. The camera panned to the VIP idol section. BTS’s J-Hope was bobbing his head, flashing a grin like “This is smooth!” Stray Kids’ Felix leaned over to Hyunjin and whispered, “Yo… he’s got R&B vibes!” TWICE’s Nayeon covered her face like she was blushing. Meanwhile, TXT’s Soobin was holding an invisible mic and lip-syncing, totally lost in the chorus. “For life... for life... for lifeeeee…” “Omoooo,” Enhypen’s Sunghoon muttered under his breath, laughing in disbelief. “This is the kind of song you send your crush at 2am!” Le Sserafim’s Yunjin fanned herself dramatically, saying “Oppa, he’s singing for me, right?” A huge digital heart exploded on the stage screen as Runtown dropped the mic. “SING IT AGAIN, BRO!” shouted a K-hip-hop idol in the crowd. “AFRO RnB IS CRAZY GOOD!” Fans weren’t the only ones hooked — the idols were full-on fans now too. Even the Korean idols were now on their feet clapping, nodding, genuinely blown away. --- The MC stepped forward, grinning wide. The crowd was already buzzing “Make some noise for the celestial queen, the vibe dealer, the one and only… STARRR GIRL AYRAAA!!” The lights dimmed to deep purple. Tiny sparkles lit the stage like stardust. The sound of a soft electric guitar strummed in the distance. Then.. that voice. That first line. 🎶 “Sabi girl no dey too like talk…” “Animals dey in human form…” Ayra Starr stepped into the spotlight. Wearing silver platform boots, a crop jacket, and star-shaped sunglasses, she oozed charisma. Dancers in glittery outfits formed behind her, mirroring her sway as she walked like royalty. 🎶 “Padi man, nobody like work…” “But you must hustle if you wan chop…” The crowd chanted along. Korean fans. African fans. Everyone. Stray Kids’ Hyunjin was seen mouthing the lyrics. LE SSERAFIM’s Yunjin spun her lightstick like a pro. 🎶 “Say… say…” Ayra raised the mic to the crowd — letting them take over. They roared back in unison: “Me no getty time for the hate and the bad energy…” “Got mi mind on my money…” “Make you dance like Poco Lee!” The whole stadium was bouncing. Fans danced in the aisles. K-pop idols were on their feet trying to copy Poco Lee’s steps. Even TXT’s Yeonjun attempted a legwork move and almost tripped — the crowd screamed louder. 🎶 “Steady green like broccoli…” Ayra laughed mid-performance, vibing with the madness. She turned, gave a spin, and the DJ scratched into the next line: “He dey rush… he dey rush well well… e be much…” “Na God dey make my tap, e dey rush…” “The kind money we touch… Fireworks burst from the stage floor. Flames shot up from the sides. The screen flashed: “NO SLOW VIBES HERE.” Crowd: “HE DEY RUSHHHH!!” “SABI QUEEN NO DEY MISS!!” “AYRA, TAKE MY MONEYYYY!!” "WE LOVE YOU SOOO MUCH!!" As the beat faded, Ayra held her mic to her heart and smiled. “Seoul… y’all got me emotional tonight.” “I love you — from Lagos to here… no bad energy forever!” The crowd roared again. She did a quick playful curtsy, blew a kiss, and exited the stage, hair bouncing, sparkle boots catching the light. BLACKOUT. Then BOOOOMMMM! Red and black strobes lit up the arena.
