Adelio’s Pov

“Thank you for the dinner it was lovely”- She said after we went in front of the restaurant waiting for our cars

“Thank you for your time, it was worth it”- I said, because until now I still can’t believe that she agree to have this dinner date with me

“No worries. For everything you’ve did to me and by giving me advices for my problem, you totally deserve it”- She said.

After saying that our both cars arrive and the valet boys gives us our key.

“Ahm, bye”- I said and wanted to kiss her cheek but then she face herself to me and I accidentally kiss her lips

And that hits me. It’s like the first time I kiss her back in the days. I still remember it was her 18th birthday and she doesn’t want to have a grand party, she used her power as an only child to convince her father about it until she wins. We were pretty close at that time, it’s like sometimes we get to hang out, the three of us; Amethyst, me and her.

“Are you sure you don’t want anything for your birthday?”- I ask her the day before her birthday

“Gosh, how many times do I need to remind you that it’s fine. I don’t want anything”- She simply reply and went inside the house

The day on her birthday Amethyst convince her to spend her day in the beach, to have a simple overnight there, and since they were best of friends she was convinced. It was a simple day for a rich girl like her, she’s not like other girls that always want to show up their wealth.

Her father had a catering for all the foods, it was seafood party. I can see through her eyes that she was really having fun.

“So, what’s your plan?”- Amethyst ask her when we sat down on the sand after eating our lunch

“What do you mean plan?”- She simply answered but looking at the sea

“Well, you’re already eighteen; you are finally reached the legal age. So, do you plan on having date on anyone?”- She started teasing Aella while poking her side

“Stop it Amy, I don’t have plans on having a date on anyone”- She said and trying hard not laugh

“Why not?”- I ask her, a little curious because. many girls are getting excited of being in love

“Simply because no one is showing any interest in me”- She chuckles as she was saying that

“Really?”- I ask in disbelief of what she was saying

“Of course she was lying, someone is showing interest on her but she simply don’t like the guy”- Amy answered me

“If that’s the case, maybe you already had an eyes on someone”- I said as a sign on teasing her

“Are you Ae?”- Amy ask her that, well is just my assumption

“Maybe?”- She laughs as she answer that

“It means you really had eyes on someone. Who is that guy ha?”- Amy said to her and she let Aella look at her

“Okay fine. I admit I like someone it doesn’t matter who, it simply explainable that the person I had interest on was never had eyes on me”- She said and it made me shock at that time

“Who is that guy you were talking about? Do I know him, if I do I will definitely help you”- I answered her

“Yeah, we will help you”- Amy said to her

“I told you, it doesn’t matter. Besides, I am contented of what I have right now”- She smiled after saying that

After our conversation that day, we had a really fun afternoon because we swim eat and swim. Who would have thought that a girl like her, having a lot of money will be simply happy on spending her day on a beach with her friends?

“I notice that you are always wearing that bracelet”- Her Dad said after our dinner, I was just passing by and I didn’t mean to listen to their conversation at all

“I am use to wear this”- She simply answered

“You have so much jewelry, why are you wearing only that every single day”- I can’t believe what her Dad was saying “Who gave you that?”- Her Dad ask again

“Just… Someone I really like”- She said and left her Dad

I pretend that I just went out from the comfort room when we almost bump into each other on our way to the cottage area.

“Did you?----“

“Huh?”- I simply answered her but I can’t really help but to smile I really don’t know why

“Never mind, let’s get back to Amy”- She started to walk

“Anyway, if you don’t mind me asking, did you already tell Amy that you liked her?”- She ask, yeah I like her friend that’s why I ask her for a favor two years ago, that is why she was reminding me.

“Ahm, I still can’t tell her that. I am afraid that she may feel awkward and avoid me”- She started nodding her head like she really understand my situation

“Okay, just don’t let a chance slip”- She simply said and went to the cottage area, should I really listen to her or should I listen to the other side of the story. I mean, I don't really think that I should continue on pursuing Amethyst when I think Aella likes me. I don't want to hurt her.

We had a little drink after the dinner but our guardian or their guardian doesn’t want them to have another swim because they might drawn in the water because of the drink. I can’t blame them, a princess should always be protected.

“You like my gift?”- I ask her when we were walking on the way to her room

“Yeah. It looks good on me, don’t you think?”- She said while smiling and looking to the bracelet and admiring it

“Well, I won’t argue with that”- I simply said as we stopped in front of her room

“Good night?”- She said to me when I send her to her room. Well, first room was Amethyst room, then her room and mine room.

“Wait. I prepare something for you. Don’t go inside yet, I am going to get it”- I said as I run to my room and get the flowers I order earlier

“Here, it’s eighteen rosses for your debut”- As I hand her the bouquet of white and red rose

“You shouldn’t have bothered. Thank you”- She said to me as she receives the flowers, she looks happy while looking at the flowers. I don’t know why I need to simply took my phone from my pocket and snap some of her pictures, she even smells it and smiled.

“Do you like it?”- I ask even though I already knew the answer and then she just nod at me as her answer

“Thank you so much for the effort”- She said as she reaches my cheek, I don’t know why I look at her and ended up kissing her on the lips. It was quick but I sure did felt that soft lips of her. Just like today, the softness of her lips didn’t change just like the first time I crash my lips to hers by accident.
