It has been four days of despair without Aiden coming back home. From Christmas, New Year’s Eve has arrived. This was the last day of the year but I couldn’t wait for it to get over.
The first day when I went for dinner, everyone gave me pitiful looks even though I had put on a proud look. My façade couldn’t hold long so I quickly had enough food before leaving the table.
That was the last time I stepped out of my room. I couldn’t dare to go out and I had promised not to go out until Aiden came back. I didn’t want to see anybody. I didn’t have it in me.
I didn’t know how to deal with this because I was feeling guilty about my actions. I didn’t regret doing it but I should’ve given
