“I need to train my wolf, Victor!”
I shut the door to our residence.
“Elizabeth, you know that’s not a safe option right now. What if someone sees your wolf, and works out who you are? I can’t protect you fully until you are made Luna.”
She crossed her arms and glared at me. Elizabeth had really started to become comfortable in my presence and found confidence in herself through the training.
“Victor, look what happened with Ash. I haven’t been training my wolf to fight. If I had, you wouldn’t have needed to step in and protect me from him.” I could sense her frustration with me.
