Goosebumps crawled up Sunshine's body as the strange masculine voice hummed through her phone laid on her right ear.
“Nathaniel, the handsome billionaire you met last night" he spoke with steeze.
Her breast heaved up even her fingers pledged through the phone on the screen on the phone as goosebumps crawled up her body.
“Eeehm What do you say? how..how did he get my number?” Sunshine stammered.
She stretchened her back and swallowed the lump on her throat, then forced out her voice.
A low chuckle vibrated through the speaker in a way that made the hairs on her raise.
“The sweet man that walked up to you last night, we had a brief conversation, can you remember right now?”
He asked.
“Sweet man? About 3 men walked up to me last night so I don't know who you're but is this Alex?”
“Waohhh, prolly you're a celebrity that men fly around to, anyways it's Nathaniel once again” he teased.
“Of course, my beauty is worth it or Are you surprised?” she teasingly asked, "By the way, how did you get my number?" she asked again.
“Nevermind, it's just that I can't get you off my head since yesterday, the pain in your eyes… so I decided to reach out,now your voice has calmed my nerves” he confessed.
“Pain in my eyes? Please, who told you that I am in pain?”

“When we were looking for your phone,I dialed your number in my phone, I didn't delete it afterwards”
“Nathaniel? You're the one???”
She pressed her back to the wall,her eyes squeezed shut, she finally breathe out.
SILENCE!!!
He broke the silence, “my Sunshine, can you please calm down? ”
“What's he up to?" She whispered in her mind, She stepped away from the wall
“Hey young man, do not pretend like you care?" She said with serious tone.
"And why do you pretend like you don't need my help, my attention, because your isolation yesterday said it all”
“I'm sorry if I'm pissing you off right now” his chest tightened.
There was long silence in the background.
He finally broke the silence after 30 seconds, “Can we see again tonight? I promise I'm not gonna do anything funny”
"Then why do you want us to meet?” She forcefully snatched word from him.
“I want to tell you who I am, to clear your doubt!”

Sunshine walking down the streets alone, looking at the street lights reminds her of yesterday's memory, her mind beating fast as if she's going to do something regretful tonight.
“Oh Lord,may I not f**k up with this man"
She tightened her fist into her palms.
“Thank God for my skimpy dress, let's seduce him, no time to waste"
"Hi!”, Nathaniel welcoming her, his hands spread out to hug her.
"Hello!” Sunshine beaming smiles as if she knows her work is done.

“Sunshine not babe”She kicked back fastly.
“My bad" he apologized.
“Have a family?" She asked.
“Family? Where's that question coming from?”

Oh yes, I have a wife with no kid but that doesn't stop me from loving who my heart's hungers for.

At this point, Nathaniel was looking at Sunshine speaking as if she knows him too well but her face still feels like someone he knows close but can't figure out yet.
Sunshine grew up so matured that he couldn't point out she's her wife's best friend's daughter.
On the other hand, Sunshine was happy he couldn't remember her but afraid inwards that he may be pretending but decided to play along.
“Waiter! babe….. sorry Sunshine what do you want to eat?” Nathaniel asked.
“Nothing, just a soft drink”

“Ok,waiter, get her a chilled side drink" Nathaniel requested.
Alright sir, the waiter replied
“Sunshine,I know I must have made a vow on the altar but that doesn't tell I made the vow with my destined partner”,At this moment, Sunshine looked him into his eyes,her eye brow raised up, her mouth opened widely,all in shock.

He looked into her eyes too with all seriousness written all over his face.

Sunshine gently raised her mouth from the straw in the drink,smiled with guilt.
“Really? You think so?"
“And I can replace that hole in your heart with my genuine love Sunshine" he held her four fingers,kissed her wrist and looked deep into her eyes.
Sunshine smiled at him, bent her head, laughed with her teeth, whispered to herself.
“The gate of revenge is freely open for me”
Raised her head, “You think you can? Even as a married man,you want me to share your love with another woman? You're in to destroy me greatly Nathaniel!”

"What do you do for a living?”
"Me? Work?’

She laughed
