SHADOW OF FATE

In the kingdom of Aetheria, every person was born with a glowing mark called a Fate Seal. The seal revealed the path a person's life was supposed to follow. But seventeen-year-old Kael had no Fate Seal. Because of this, people called him the Empty One. Kael lived in a small village at the edge of the kingdom, where he trained every day with an old sword that had once belonged to his father. His dream was simple: become a warrior and protect his village. Then, one night, everything changed. A black eclipse covered the moon. The village bells rang by themselves, and a strange shadow appeared behind Kael. A voice whispered: “Your fate was never written.” Kael turned around, but nobody was there. Suddenly, monsters made of darkness emerged from the forest. The villagers ran in terror as the creatures attacked. Kael grabbed his sword and stood between the monsters and his younger sister, Mira. “I won't let you hurt her!” A monster struck him down. As Kael reached for his sword, black energy exploded from his body. The ground cracked. The monsters froze. Behind Kael appeared a gigantic shadow warrior wearing ancient armor. The mysterious warrior spoke: “I am the Shadow of Fate.” Kael stared in shock. “Who are you?” The warrior raised its sword. “I am the power your fate tried to hide.” With one movement, the Shadow defeated the monsters. But before disappearing, it warned Kael: “The kingdom will hunt you. The king knows what you are.”
