I made sure my men followed Elowen and confirmed she reached home safely before doing anything else. I've never felt tensed and restless before after a scene that was literally not my fault or Elowen's. For a moment, I couldn't think of anything but felt she was a spy when I didn't see my daughter.
I felt she wanted to strike, and she did that at the perfect time because why on earth doesn't she have a scent? Maybe she concealed it to carry out her plans, so imagine my fear when I couldn't find Val. I was ready to rip anything off including her, but right now, I'm feeling like s**t and drowning myself with paperwork.
