The past two days had been torture. Everyone was on pins and needles waiting for the DNA results. Zack had done as he had promised – Mike and Brittany were kept contained in their house at the far end of the property. We heard daily reports from the warriors about what was happening, but no disturbances occurred.
The results had finally arrived, and we had been waiting for my parents to arrive to reveal the results. Mike and Brittany were pacing Zack’s meeting room impatiently. “How much longer?” Brittany growled.
