I sat there confused as my father demanded, “Fated mate?”. Mike looked at my father with complete disgust. “You do not think she deserved one after you found your fated mate? After you destroyed my mother’s life?” he yelled, pounding his fists on the table. Everyone was shocked by his outburst.
