7 Wrong Room

“You are so hot, Laurence. You know exactly what I am doing, I’m going to f*****g kiss you. Do you know how many people want these lips on theirs? And I am giving them to you for free and you are questioning why! Is something wrong with you?” Laraine almost burst into laughter. Cathy was so desperate! She was into girls all this time? Seriously? Laraine had not expected that in a thousand years. If she was a man, she probably would not have been able to resist Cathy’s temptation. But she was a girl and she felt sick since she was not into such things.   When she felt Cathy’s hand moving towards her chest, Laraine pushed her off her body at once. “Ahh…” Cathy let out a cry and fell awkwardly into the driver's seat. In a daze, Laraine opened the door, got out of the car and stumbled on the ground. Everything was spinning in front of her. She tried to stand up but fell. “Laurence!” Daisy had not seen Laurence at the party for a while and came out to look for her. She gasped when she saw her lying in the parking lot. Daisy ran over and shook her, helping her to stand up. “Why are you so drunk?” “No, I’m not,” Laraine waved her hand. “No? Look at you. It must be the wine. I told you not to drink too much.”   As Daisy said that, she looked back at Cathy in the car, the state of Laurence’s clothes and figured out what happened. She had not expected Cathy to be this bold!  Luckily, she had come in time. Otherwise, who knows what Cathy would have done to Laurence! Daisy helped Laurence to walk over to her car and directed the driver to drive her home. ________ At night, Laraine felt very hot and uncomfortable. In a daze, she rolled out of bed. Water! She was thirsty! She wanted water! She groped her way down the stairs trying not to make too much noise. Was this her home? She did not think there were so many stairs in the White’s house. Where was she? Well, forget about the water! She had better just go to bed. She suddenly remembered that she was a Jones now, not a White. Turning back around, Laraine walked blearily back to her bedroom. Still dazed, she crawled into her room, felt her way to the bed, lifted the covers, and got inside.   Andrew was a light sleeper. He opened his eyes as soon as the door opened. He realized that someone had entered his room. It was Laurence! She lifted the quilt and got inside. Andrew watched in confusion as she sunk her face to the pillow like a little child.  Andrew watched her for a few seconds. Laurence was so slender, her soft breaths coming out making small noises. He tugged her closer until she was flush against him despite knowing this was wrong.   He frowned when he smelled the wine coming off her. The little thing was drunk!   Andrew growled in anger! If it was one thing he hated – it was his siblings coming home drunk! At once, Andrew flicked on the light, and roughly shook Laraine awake.  “Get up. Get out!” The cold voice sounded familiar in her ear. Laraine’s head was so heavy, so were her eyelids, that she could not even lift them. Annoyed, she just shook her head and snuggled deeper into the pillow. “Are you insane! It’s… my… my room. Get the f**k out!” Andrew squinted, reached for the cup of water on his bedside table, and splashed it on Laurence’s face.   Laraine yelled and immediately got up rubbing her eyes in annoyance. She was still in a daze and wondered who the terrible person was to throw water at her. Remembering how thirsty she was, Laraine started to lick the water from the sides of her lips.    Staring at her pink tongue, Andrew’s hand tightened on the glass and his breathing grew heavier. Laurence’s hair was wet, her pale skin red and soft, almost luring Andrew to feel it. He swallowed heavily and remembered who he was and who Laurence was. He grabbed her arm roughly and shoved her to the other side of the bed while grabbing his pillow and moving to the sofa in his room. _______ The next day, Laraine was woken up by a knock at the door. “Mr. Andrew, your breakfast is ready!” The housekeeper’s voice sounded outside the door. Andrew? Laraine was confused. Why did the housekeeper call Andrew’s name? She struggled to open her eyes. When she saw who’s room she was in, she gasped and almost fell out of the bed.   When she looked up, she saw a pair of deep blue cold eyes. “Br… Brother? What are you doing in my room?” Laraine covered her chest with her arms by instinct. Andrew’s eyes made her so vulnerable! Andrew’s face was still cold, but he laughed at her words. “Take a good look. Whose room is this?” Laraine stayed still for a moment and looked around. Well, it was not her room, that was for sure! Was this Andrew’s room?   Memories of last night trickled back. It seemed that she had accidentally walked into Andrew’s room in her half-drunk state.   Damn it! Oh, god! She was screwed! Would Andrew just strangle her to death? No, no! That would be too easy! He might ask his men to torture her to death!   “I…I’m so sorry! I…didn’t meant to!” Laraine was red in the face and sweating. Her face became ashen and pale and her eyes were red like she was a frightened rabbit. “Poor little thing” thought Andrew despite still being pissed off about sleeping on the sofa. His neck was still hurting. “Go to your room, wash yourself, and go down to breakfast!” Andrew got up, gave a cold look to the helpless Laraine and walked into the bathroom.   Wait, he did not kill her? Was this a miracle?
