Preparation

Nadia gets to school on time to join the final level induction and introduction to their new routine. After this gathering, she meets up with her friends who tease her for coming late but she tells them her encounter and experience with the Alpha which makes them all excited. She told them about the spark and how it made her have butterflies in her stomach. This makes them scream in excitement and ask her for more details later when they're in their rooms after their classes for the day.

While Nadia and her course mates are in their class being lectured by their tutors in one of their training sections.

Luna, Damiens younger sister, now a full grown adult, 35 years of age also a tutor herself at the institute steps into Nadia's class with an elegant royal dress endowed with silver lining from top to bottom displaying her petite but sexy shape. Not to forget the clothes matched her shoes.

“My lady, I didn't notice your presence, you have news for us.” The tutor paused after acknowledging her presence.

Luna whispered something to his ear, in which he gave her the floor.

“Students, our princess, Lady Luna has some exciting announcements for us, please give her your attention.” The tutor implored.

Luna began her speech.“Well students just as you all I'm the alpha's sister......”

“Yeah we know!” All the students said in unison, interrupting her and chuckling.

“Students show some respect, it's the Princess that's before us.”The tutor reproved and apologized, “I'm very sorry my lady please continue.”

Luna paused for a while to observe the entire class and took two steps forward.

“Such insolence will not be tolerated and again, I'm here to bring you exciting news made by the Alpha himself because this is a final level of your training in this institute and after graduation you are free to practice and you disrespect me.” She states.

“We're sorry miss Luna.” The students apologize

“Well as I was saying before you t***s stopped me, the Alpha's 40th birthday party is coming up in five days and he is setting a ball for all eligible young men and women both single, betrothed and married. Meaning that no academic and secular activities will take place on that day, well except for commercial, probably. Singles can mingle and everyone can have an exciting time at a party. Therefore the alpha is throwing a party as a ball in the palace” She explains.

“Yaaayyy!” All students scream in excitement and look at each other in a gleeful manner.

“I see you're all excited, aren't you?”Luna inquires.

“Yes miss Luna”They confess in unison.

Alright then, in this box of ribbons with Mr “Carl to share to all of you, you must wear it to the party to indicate that you are invited. Letters of invites will also be circulated to you, either that or the ribbon can be used. Okay I'll be taking my leave, enjoy the rest of your day and thank you Mr Carl for the audience.” She states.

“It was my pleasure.” The tutor responds and turns to the kids.

“Well students this is an exciting moment, do well to prepare, put in your best and have fun because the alpha's birthday is a remarkable time of the year.” Mr cheers the students.

”Now let's conclude our lessons for today.” He says.

While Nadia and her friends and roommates, all together, equated five girls in their room in the school dormitory,they discussed Nadia's encounter with Alpha Damien and also preparations for the ball since they had never been to an alpha's party before. Some have never even stepped into the palace before nor even seen the alpha in person before.

“Tell us Nadia what was he like person.” One of her friends asked.

“He was really tall and had such a good look, you needed to see the color of his eyes, they were as blue as a deep see.” She explains.

“Really!” Exclaims one of them.

“What about his looks and his hair and physique?” Another asked.

“Well he has long dark hair locks, it looked thick in texture,”she narrates, “though, of course I didn't get the opportunity to touch it to know, he also is quite muscular, grumpy looking and very fiesty.” She adds in a very funny way and and makes a backward fall on her bed the other girls all giggled at the joke.

“Well not like you wouldn't if you had the chance and then risk capital punishment.”Another friend dared.

“Well you don't know me too well my friend, I'd risk anything for an alpha.” Nadia states facing that friend as springs up immediately from the bed.

“Well I dare you Nadia, you have your chance now at the ball in the Alpha's birthday party, I'd like to see you make a scene that's gonna make you touch the alpha.”She states.

“I'll try.” Nadia consents.

“Nadia, what did it feel like being in his presence?”

“Oh ,I just stood there like a dummy, I felt butterflies in my stomach.” Nadia relates. All her friends smiled in adoration.

“Oh I also felt a spark, I don't know if he could be the one.......my mate.”She narrates.

“ Wow, are you serious!”One exclaims.

“We're going to find out, remember girls we have a ball to attend, the alpha's 40th birthday party, opportunities like these come once in a full bright moon. Any young woman could be his mate. Whether or not any of us becomes his mate, there are other eligible young men coming to that party of from distinguished backgrounds and elites that's gonna sweep us off our feets.”The oldest assures the other girls. After the speech, others clap for her lightly

“I tend to agree, after all Nadia was with her paramour today, we all might find ours at the party.”

“Speaking of preparations for we haven't even thought about what to wear, and hair dos.”One suggests

“Yeah, we need to go shopping, we need to look our best.” One advised.

“I'll be going home for the weekend for that.” Nadia says

“Alright girls, we'll talk about that tomorrow, it's late, we need to go to bed now.

“Good night, all.” One says

“Good night!” The rest echoes”

Over the weekend, Nadia runs home and meets her parents, telling them about the invitation to the ball for the Alpha’s birthday, in which she realizes they've also received it.

“I can see you are excited dear about going to this ball.” Nadia's father inquires.

Yes father, I am, it's my first time and I don't want to miss it, she says grovelling at his feet and adds, “please can I go?”

“What do you think my dear?” Cormac turns to his wife.

“Hmmm, well, it's all over her face as you can see,” her mother pointed to her face and added,“she's excited. What can I say, after all it's her very first.”

“You can go.” Her father permits with a hand wave of approval.

“Just be careful is all I can say.” Her mother warns.

“Thank you Father, Thank you mother, I love you guys, you're the best!” Nadia squeaks with overwhelming excitement and jumps into the direction of her room.

As soon Nadia is out of sight, her mother states with concern, “Well, let's hope she has a good time but more importantly, she doesn't get too excited to reach out to Damien, for fear he might know who she is and it falls back to us.”

“I hope so too, my love.”Her father concurs.
