she switched on the light opened up her closet and screamed.
on the floor of her closet sat the most hideous looking creature staring up at her.
Sasha peered in and looked closely. it looked like a dog but what type she couldn't make out.
The dog in glee jumped and placed it paws on her legs wagging his tail happily.
Sasha jumped back and screamed some more.
she hated pets and could not stand their smelly breaths.
Her bedroom door opened and Nana came in
" I heard you scream.." she started. she saw Sasha holding back her hand in terror as the dog attempted to lick it.
The dog heard Nana speak and jumped towards her wagging his tail again in joy.
Nana bent down and stroked his ear.
" ooh I see Rusty here came to say hello"
He usually doesn't like people but it seems he's taken a liking at you."
Nana said as the dog jumped up and down and started backing.
"well I don't like dogs or any pets to begin with just take it away from me"
said sasha as she went towards the bathroom to wash her hands.
for all she knew the dog could be having a swam of lice on its body. sasha thought to herself.
aargh! dirty creatures she mumbled as she opened up the tap to wash her hands.
she heard the door close and Nana's voice calling Rusty down the stairs.
several minutes later as she came down the stairs sasha thought she heard a guitar playing somewhere.she turned and looked up listening carefully and heard it again this time it was accompanied by a male voice singing.
she slowly walked back up the stairs and moved towards the sound.
the voice seemed to be coming from one of the rooms in the servant quarters.
She hadn't fully toured the place but she had seen a sign indicating it was the servants quarters.
as she moved towards the window the sound became louder and clearer.she could clearly hear the lyrics to the song.The voice was so passionate and clear and sweet to her ears.
she felt her heart beat in happiness. she had often felt a certain kind of way towards anybody that could sing
she could still sometimes remember bits and pieces of her mother's voice as from when she was younger.
she could sing herself and that was one of the few talents she possessed that only Liam knew about.
so she carefully listened again and heart it . it was like the voice was speaking to her soul.

it was one of her favorite songs by shawn Mendes.
she opened the curtain a tiny bit and on the other side of the house she could see someone's bare back and a black hair.
she strained her head and saw another figure probably a girl jumping up and down rhythmically to the song.
the girl looked into her direction and stopped jumping, she mouthed something to the guy and he stopped singing.
He got up looked into her direction and when sasha clearly saw his face she was shocked to discover that it was Noah who had been singing.
she quickly closed the curtain and jumped back. She could not believe that had been Noah's voice.
Earlier that day Noah hadn't seem as the type to listen to such songs let alone sing them.
she looked again and saw that the curtains had been drawn. disappointed she turned to leave and bumped into Mandy
" you scared me" she told the little girl who was looking up at her with a giggly face.
" I saw you look at Nuuh singing" she said brightly
" do you know how to sing too?" she asked sasha while attempting to link up her arms with hers.
" well not really, but I do try sometimes, when I'm sad that is" Sasha said as she tried to brush her up.
Mandy just kept following her
" why do you get sad?" she asked innocently.
" Nana says we should always try to be happy" she added.
" people get sad cause its life" Sasha said more to herself as she continued down the stairs with Mandy hot on her heels.
" can you sing for me" mandy asked again
Sasha sighed this little girl wasn't going to leave her alone.
she stopped and looked at her
Mandy stood there smiling at her with her cute face and missing teeth.
" don't be sad Sashy" Mandy told her.
I want you to sing for me a song when you're happy just like mama used to do."
"okay reminder me to sing for you whenever you'll see me laugh" Sasha told her.
Mandy thought for a moment and agreed to that.
After dinner that night sasha decided to call Liam.
they talked for a while and argued about some series they had been watching.
they talked some more and said their good nights.
Sasha went to bed wondering what the world had in store for her the next day.
