Chapter 6

Wang Yibo stood in front of the glass window facing the wilderness of the big city below. His office was located on the 25th floor of WANYIE Group tower.

Behind his calm expression, hidden the loneliness of his heart. His eyes flickered and his body swayed, he closed his eyes and leaned on against the glass wall.

Three months ago, he was with a man. A man who made him whole, made him satisfied and made him fall in love in a very short time.

Yes. He fell in love with him.

But never once did that devil contact him. Even though he left his contact information. And so he didn't. He doesn't know what he was up to.

His face darkened.

On the other hand, Xiao Zhan was not the same at all. Loneliness was all over him. He focused on his work to avoid thinking of Wang Yibo. However, at the end of the day, his memories were all over his place.

Once Tin Veeh left the room, Wang Yibo sighed and wiped his mouth. He could no longer enjoy having a girlfriend.

He felt sick and tired.

Xiao Zhan on the other hand received an invitation to be held at Shangri-La Hotel in B City. It was a gathering of all the richest in the country, of course, he was one of those.

But what caught his attention was the place.

With a satisfied look, he left the store. One day before the event, Xiao Zhan fled to B City and stayed in one of the five-star hotels.

Wang Yibo and Tin Veeh arrived at the hotel. Many people had already come before them, all were wearing expensive and high-quality clothes. Wang Yibo with his usual style wore a pair of expensive suits and black shiny shoes. Dashing as ever. Beside him was Tin Veeh in a long red dress with a slit on the side of the left leg, showing her porcelain slender legs. Paired with red high-heeled sandals and Chanel black pouch.

The couple caught the attention of many guests, some felt envious, some felt admiration. Both were extremely handsome and beautiful, a pair of perfection.

However, in Wang Yibo's heart, he was unhappy. He was known for being an aloof CEO, that's why no one wondered why he was so serious and not smiling at all even though beside him was a very beautiful lady.

Xiao Zhan arrived at the hotel later. There were too many people already, but all guests had their designated places. The usherette guided him to his table.

"Do not be so childish. Go and look for your girl, she's annoyed without you."

"I do not mind. You don't need to explain," Xiao Zhan interrupted Wang Yibo. There's no need for an explanation as he has his own woman. "Go, I will call you later."

Wang Yibo picked a calling card in his pocket and lent it to Xiao Zhan. "In case you forgot about my contact information."

He did not hide the unhappiness in his voice.

Xiao Zhan consoled him softly, "Alright, now go back to her. I will call you later. I promise."

With that, Wang Yibo left.

Xiao Zhan sighed. How I wish I could hold him freely. He thought.

The night was still young. Xiao Zhan went back to his table and talked to them. Somehow, knowing that Wang Yibo was waiting for him, his loneliness and uneasiness subsided a little.

All they could do during the time was stealing glances and occasionally talking about business matters. That way, they could communicate somehow.

It was almost three am and people were slowly disappearing in the area. Xiao Zhan decided to leave while Wang Yibo already left an hour ago.

He stood outside the hotel and was waiting for a taxi when some of the ladies from the party approached him.

"Mr. Xiao, do you know how dazzling you are?"

Xiao Zhan chuckled and responded, "Of course."

The ladies laughed in elegant and polite manners, "Then, can we invite Mr. Xiao to come with us?"

"What will the ladies at this hour do with a man like me?" Xiao Zhan actually mocking them although he smiled when he said that.

"Mr. Xiao is so kind. We will only invite you to have fun with us. Will Mr. Xiao refuse us?"

Before Xiao Zhan could reply, a black Porsche 911 stopped in front of them and loudly honked.

Wang Yibo was very angry when he saw Xiao Zhan talking and laughing with girls.

If he wants them, he must clear them with me so I would leave him alone forever!

He pushed the horn button.

Xiao Zhan eyebrow raised, after realizing that the car wasn't for one of the girls, he slowly walked and knocked on the window.

Wang Yibo opened the window for about three inches and said coldly, "What are you waiting for?!"

As he expected. Xiao Zhan turned to the ladies and said, "My service is here, bye ladies." He waved his hands and got inside the car.

"So you preferred women," Wang Yibo mocked him after moments of driving.

Xiao Zhan cast him a cold look but he didn't respond. He felt tired and sleepy.

"What, tell me. You don't want to see me, right? I'm the only one who's f'cking so affected by what has happened to us!" Wang Yibo angrily shouted.

To shut his mouth, Xiao Zhan threw himself into Wang Yibo's body and buried his face against his favorite spot, Wang Yibo's neck, and whispered, "I missed you too. Stop thinking nonsense."

Wang Yibo cleared his throat, his anxiety suddenly subsided, "You aren't joking? You really miss me?"

"Yes, or else why do you think I'm here?"

To make him believe, Xiao Zhan stroked Wang Yibo's pants, held the most private part, and whispered in his ear, "Do you still not believe me?"
