Love Through Music

                                                                                    •ADDISYNN• Looking around the lunch room I sat at the table alone. I've been going to this school for two years and still haven't found any friends which resulted in me sitting alone. "Get up". I heard someone say causing me to look behind me. "Excuse me". I ask with my face scrunched up. "I said get up we want to sit here". Kelsi said as her friends nodded. "Go find you somewhere else to sit". I said rolling my eyes and by now the whole cafeteria was looking which meant Ace the hottest guy in school was looking too. Grabbing my hair she pulled my head back causing me to yelp in pain. "Get up b***h I'm not going to say it again". She said and I quickly got up while she still had my hair. Releasing it she reaches behind me and picking up something and before I know it I'm soaked in chocolate milk. The whole cafeteria started to laugh. Looking over I see Ace laughing but once he saw that I was looking at him he looked off. Picking up my backpack I rush out of the Cafeteria I go down the hall to this empty classroom. Taking a seat at a desk I pull my notebook out. Writing in my notebook I try to get the melody right but it kept sounding flat to me causing me to sigh. "There's a place in your heart and I know that it is love". I sung lowly to myself listening to Michael Jackson as I did my college algebra work in an empty class. "Heal the world, make it a better place, for you and for me and the entire human race". I sung loudly smiling as I got the answer right. "Yo you okay". I heard somebody say behind me scaring me half to death. Look behind me I see Ace and roll my eyes. "Weren't you just laughing at me with your friends". I ask and he holds his hands up. "I was no lie but you should have stuck up for yourself and I wouldn't have had anything to laugh about". He said and I slammed my notebook looking over at him. "Maybe you should mind your own business and stay out of mines". I said picking my backpack up from off the floor and putting my notebook in it. "Anyways did I hear you singing in here". He ask and I shook my head no. "I was listening to this music on YouTube". I said and he nodded. Before he said anything else the bell rung and I stood up. "Let me walk you outside". He said and I shook my head. "You know Kelsi has a crush on you I don't think that's a good idea". I said throwing my backpack over my shoulder. "What that got to do with me though". He ask following me out of the room. "Nothing but it has everything to do with me if she catches us she's going to not like me even more". I said walking out of the school and I started to walk to the sidewalk when someone grabbed my arm. "I'm driving you home". He said leading me to his car. Looking around a few people were looking at us and I tried to hide my face. Once he unlocked the door I quickly got in putting on my seatbelt. "You want to ride with me for a little bit". He asked looking over at me as he pulled off. "I would really appreciate if you took me home". I said staring at him. "So tell me something about you like you the only kid". He asked steering with one hand. "Yeah I'm an only child what about you". I ask looking over at him. "Yeah I'm the only child but how come I never see you around school I only see you during lunch time". He asked looking over at me. "I'm just in the background I don't crave attention". I said with a shrug. "We here". He said and I look out the window seeing my house and the devil herself standing there. Sighing I unbuckle my seat belt and go get out when he locks the door causing me to look at him. "You good". He asked and I gave him a small smile. "I'm fine thanks for the ride". I said unlocking the door. "No problem but aye wait you got a phone". He asked and I nod pulling it out of my pocket and handing it to him. Watching him he was typing and what not before handing the phone back to me. "I'll get up with you later". He said and I nod getting out. Walking up to the house I walk past my Aunt and inside. Running up the stairs I rush into my room and lock the door putting my dresser in front of it. "Open this f*****g door Addisynn". I heard my aunt say as she banged on the door causing me to jump. Ignoring her I take my shoes off and lay in be grabbing my notebook that had songs that I had written. One day I'm going to be a big star...
