I screamed in pains as I watched my dad bleed on the bare floor

I looked up and stared at the man who shot the gun, I captured his face so well

They turned back their car as they drove off still firing gun towards us

Two hefy men grabbed and tied my hands and bundled me into the back seat

My mom was carried into the other vehicle, I couldn't stop crying

My mouth was tied as I allowed the tears flow freely from my eyes

We drove a long way through town till we got to the outskirt, it was cold n lonely

Lights were everywhere, we drove into a big estate, this is not just any estate, its an empire

The moment the car stopped, I knew we were dead.

Ain't even worried about myself, am just worried about my mom

She is all I have left now, I just hope nothing

Bad happens to her, they whole place is bright and shinny, you could see how beautiful it is even in the dark

A man dragged me out of the backseat, I am tired and weak, I can't even fight back

I was made to kneel on the bare floor with blood stains all over my face

My mom was still locked in the car

A woman was walking towards us with a red robe and her long hair falling down to her waist

She stood few meters away from me, she sqautted before me and removed the bandage from my mouth

We stared at each other for a while

I broke the silence with my shaky voice

"What do you want from me?" I asked trying to control my tears

"I don't want anything from you, but your family owes mine alot of things" she replied in a cold voice

She stood up and stared at the guards

"Lock her up in the third floor, keep her mom in the maids apartment" she said as she turned to leave

"Please stop!

"Please am begging you, don't take my mom away, I have lost my dad already" I cried out in pains

"Sekani, worry about yourself, I will take good care of your mom untill lurel returns" the lady replied and walked into the main mansion

I bowed my head slightly, the guards dragged me into the elevator as we headed for the third floor.

They threw me into a very bright room filled with lights and locked the door

I couldn't open my eyes, the lights were too bright.. this is a real torture room like those in movies

I covered my eyes with my palm as warm tears found their way out of my closed eyes

The room was hot as hell, how long am I gonna stay here

I won't survive the night here, the heat in the room is burning my skin slowly

It's like I am been heated slowly

I sat down at the extreme end of the room with my eyes closed tightly

What am I really living for

Suicide is the best option I got now

I cried myself to sleep

Next morning

I drove into the estate in a convoy, the maids and guards welcomed me

I stood at the entrance of the main mansion and pulled off my glasses

I stared at my wristwatch it was ten am

I turned back at my head guard having a bad omen

"Is the mission completed?" I asked with cold stares

"Uhmm, sire there was a change of plan, the Asian attacked the same day, the don was filled but we brought the girl and her mom" he explained bowing his head slightly

I threw a punch at his face which made the others flinch and adjust

"Seriously? I told you i***t to bring me the don alive.

"And why the f**k did the Asian attacked the same time as you? I asked with a burning rage

"Sire, someone must have leaked the information to them, we have a betrayer amongst us" he replied breathing heavily

"Look for that fool within the next ten minutes" I fired at him angrily

I turned to two other guards

"Go bring me the girl"

They nodded hurriedly as they left within a second

I walked into the mansion and sat in my couch, I pulled off my suit and ran my hands through my hair angrily

My anger is boiling to the extreme, I really need somebody to mess with

Guards stood round the sitting room and two by my side

My head guard came in, dragging another boy with him, he made him kneel before me

"Sire, this is the boy that betrayed us, he is in hands with the asains"

He barely dropped his sentence when two other guards came in dragging a girl beside them

My whole attention was drawn to the girl, her eyes were closed tightly

With sweat all over her face, and dried tears on her cheek

Her braided hair covered her face slightly, she was made to kneel down

I sat in my position still staring at her

She is the most beautiful girl I have ever seen since I was born

Her rugged p jamas and her tattered body got my attention

Silence filled the room

"Hey, open your eyes" I said in a calm voice

She tried opening her eyes,but I could see that she was hurt

Right there I knew that she was kept in the third floor, she would have gone blind by now

But I guess she's strong huh

I stood up and walked towards her

I dropped to a crouch in front of her, I was reluctant to see her face

I tucked the hair covering her face behind her ear

Damn pretty

"Hey, open your eyes" I muttured gently

She kept her eyes closed

I stood up and walked back to my seat feeling really pissed off

I stared at my head guard

"Shoot her"
