Soomin took a nice bath and came out of the bathroom. Her hands were holding the towel which she was using to dry her hair.   Once she sat in front of the mirror, her eyes landed on her bed. More specifically on the boy who was laying on her bed smirking at her, a sudden gasp left her mouth.   "You are so naughty. Thinking of me in the morning. Did you miss me?" Jacob asked while her eyes were still in shock. Her hands gave a firmer grip to her towel as she let her hands and hair fall.   “Who let you in?” Soomin enquired hoping the boy would answer correctly. But she knew that he won’t just after having been with him in a room for one time.   “You.” He gave her a subtle wink. She rolled her eyes and started walking towards door.   “Mom could you please come up once again please?” She screamed from her doorway making Jacob let out a small chuckle.   “You’re causing so much trouble to your mom Soomin.”   “Shut up and get out of here before I call the police.” Soomin huffed.   “You’ll cause trouble to them too.” He mocked and walked near her., still maintaining a good distance between him and the girl.   “What will you tell them? That you’re seeing a ghost? You might wanna call a priest in that case.” He said smiling inwardly when he saw her deep in her thoughts.   “If you say you’re seeing an imaginary person, they’ll think you’re crazy.”   “You’re real!” Soomin said as she walked past him into the room.   Before Jacob could reply with anything, Soomin’s mom entered her room with an annoyed look on her brows.   “If you don’t want to help me with chores atleast don’t interrupt me while I do them.” She said with her crossed arms, ignoring Jacob’s presence the best she could.   He had made her aware of his arrival as soon as he entered their house and had sweetly greeted her.   “Mom please take him away he was staring at me when I came out from the bathroom, such a pervert.”   Jacob’s felt a shiver down his spine when she called him a p*****t.   He looked at her mom and she was taken aback too, fearing his cover might be blown away, he immediately went behind Soomin and joined his palm, as if requesting her mom to jump into conclusions. “What are you talking about? Who is a p*****t?” Soomin’s mom asked trying her best to ignore Jacob.   Soomin did a 180 degree turn to look at Jacob who still had his hand infront of him, on seeing Soomin turn, he quickly hid his hands behind his back.   “This i***t right here.” She said pointing at him. She turned back to look at her mom again.   “There’s no one there.” She said in annoyance.   “Mom he’s right here please stop joking around.” Soomin said with a whine.   “Don’t pull tricks on me girl.” Her mom gave her a pat and left the room.   Soomin sighed and turned at the boy again who was looking at her mockingly.   "Why are you here again? I asked you to go." Soomin said looking at Jacob's eyes, trying to memorize them.   "I told you I will come again." Jacob was looking in her eyes, he was in search of answers.   Answers to the questions that he was here for.   "I don't want you here." Soomin said and broke the eye contact.   "Your mind says something else." Jacob said and she chuckled.   "You think you know my mind better than me?"   "I am a figment of your imagination." Jacob said and she scrunched her nose.   "I cannot imagine." She said and sighed.   "But you're going to continue saying you are imaginary." Jacob smiled and nodded. Soomin sighed and that’s when an idea popped in her mind.   "Well then since you're here and you have no plan to go, you must help me with something."   "With what?" Jacob asked sceptically.   "With my project.   "Why would I do your project?” Jacob said moving away from Soomin. "Do you have something better to do?" Soomin asked and pouted. 'She is so bipolar.' Jacob thought and sighed. "What is this project about?" Jacob asked and prepared himself for the worst. Soomin answered, "I have to write an article on 'a meaningful place I went'. "And you need my help in?" Jacob asked with raised brows. "Being my camera?" Soomin asked back. "Why are you asking me?" Jacob asked in a whiny voice. "My camera broke and my parents won't buy me another so I need you to be my camera." Jacob shook his head. "I'm not a camera." He said and she nodded. "I know you're not. You're a human." Jacob nodded but his eyes shot opened when he realized what he did. "I'm not a REAL human though." He laughed weirdly. "You are. I cannot even imagine a small fly let alone a whole boy." Soomin said and Jacob smirked. "A handsome boy." Jacob corrected her. "Shut up and tell me will you help me?" "I still don't know how to transform into a camera." He shrugged after completing his sentence. "I am not asking you to transform into a camera dummy. I am asking you to come to the place and look around carefully so that you can explain me later everything." Soomin said and Jacob nodded funnily. "Why are you asking me?" Jacob asked raising a brow. "Because I have no one. My parents are busy and my only friend has to do her project." She said and sighed. "You have only one friend?" "Shouldn't you already know that? I mean you claim to be coming from my mind." Soomin pointed. "I knew that. I was just confirming." Jacob said in a composed manner. "So will you help me?" Soomin asked eagerly. "Only if you call me again." He was scared. They would have to be in public for this but he wasn't prepared.
