Meeting the Alpha

Alpha Xavier - POV “Xavier...” the woman under me moans; I see she’s enjoying herself. My hands traced her skin; my other fingers were wrapped around her legs. “Don’t use my first name. Call me Alpha.” I snarled at her in a rage. I am fed up with people using my name without my permission. She moans in ecstasy as I enter and thrust between her legs, and I can see she is near her release. “Alpha...Beta Nas is awaiting your arrival.” from the opposite side, a maid’s voice spoke. “Tell him to wait. I need to finish.” I let out a grumble. The woman’s screams were so loud that the entire pack could hear them; I became annoyed by this w***e’s voice, which caused me to pause my pace. Continuing to ride her didn’t excite me; instead, it made me irritated with her. “Alpha, please don’t leave just yet; I need to cum.” She pleaded, and I grabbed my clothes and put them back on, and her hands came to my arm, and I shrugged her off; she continued calling me till I shut the door. I strode down the hall to find Nas and the unconscious woman sleeping on the sofa. “Is she..” I paused my speech. At first glance, her light complexion and mid-length brown hair set her apart from the other women I’d been with, but now I’m curious about what it is about her that captivated me. “The present you requested.” With a smile, Nas said. As I touched her cheeks, I tucked her hair back to see her beauty more clearly. “Sia west from the White Moon pack?” Nas gave me a nod as I spoke out. I asked Nas to hunt for Sia west of the White Moon Pack since my wolf, Aspen, had liked her when I saw her the first time I visited the White Moon Pack during the festival last year. I took out the information about her likes and dislikes and her family background, but I had to wait because of the tension between the white moon pack and mine. As I sat in the armchair, I asked the question, “Where did you find her? I’ve searched everywhere, and all the teams I’ve sent out have come back empty-handed.” “You know I’m skilled at discovering things; why not tell me earlier about Sia West,” Nas said offendedly. “You’re aware of why I couldn’t put my confidence in you,” I snarled. Nas bowed with a pained expression on his face. “Why is she sleeping? Did you do anything to her?” “Alpha, I didn’t harm her. She passed out when she realized she would be with you. The only woman I’m interested in is the one who’s already back in the vehicle, and I’m rushing to get out of here.” Nas said as he asked permission to leave, and I gave it as he walked away. I escorted Sia to my room, placed her comfortably in bed, and now I needed to go to work on some projects. I’m exhausted and need some rest, but I can’t since I have some stuff stacked up and waiting for my signature. So I stepped out of my room before I could hear a voice. “Where am I?” Sia sat on the bed, rubbing her forehead, and her eyes were slowly scanning the room before her gaze settled on me. “What is your name?” She whispered something in hushed tones but stopped continuing since she recognized me, and I could see her warm eyes becoming icy cold. “Alpha Xavier,” she spat, her words disdain. “Pleasure to meet you,” I said with an arrogant attitude. She had a distinct dislike for me in her eyes. “Then I’m here to satisfy your s****l desires,” Sia asked. She seemed fierce, yet it tinged her voice with dread and disgust at the same time. “You may put it that way. But I will not touch you until you give me your permission.” When she hears my words, I see her shoulder relax. Did she think I was going to compel her to sleep with me? But, of course, everyone takes me as a tyrant. “Where is my room, then? I’m sure this isn’t mine since it’s marked as your bedroom.” She has a keen sense of what is happening around her and can quickly identify it. “I haven’t been assigned a room yet. Nas didn’t notify me of your arrival beforehand, so you will remain in my room, and I will send some clothes for you. I will send the maid to serve you.” Her eyes were closely examined, and as I saw her emerald eyes on me, I felt my pulse skip a beat. What the f**k just happened to me? I thought to myself. I need to get moving; I believe I’m unwell. “Alpha Xavier, thank you.” She whispered. “Alpha, may I ask a question?” I turned around with a nod so she could continue. “If possible, I’d want to meet my friend Jia once. She must be with Nas.” “Then I’ll ask Nas to bring Jia to the mansion.” When she heard my icy voice, she shuddered and looked away. I see her head dropped and her hands clutching the bedsheet tightly as if she is deep in brooding and seeing horrors with her wide eyes. I had to get out of there because I could feel drawn to her. I closed the door behind me and proceeded inside my office. My thoughts wandered to Sia’s frame, f*****g with my head. This female isn’t my mate yet, so why did my wolf beg me to keep her around? Maura sneers at me; she is the Luna of the Black Moon, and I despise her to my very core. Our contract of marriage is because of the political influences of the elderly members of our pack. And my mother requested that I agree with this deal. “Alpha, you’re late… I’m glad you had a good time with the girl I sent you,” I grunted at her. I walked inside the office, and Maura followed me. “Maura, what do you want from me?” “You know what I want. But, even though I requested it, you haven’t given me the power as Luna to run the gold mines.” She stated it with a hint of annoyance in her voice. “Because to me, you are nothing more than a namesake Luna... I don’t trust you to manage the company, so be a doll and sit down.” Rage flashed over her face, but she soon calmed it down by smiling with an attractive look that could attract any man. Her allure, on the other hand, does not affect me. “What should I do to regain Alpha’s trust?” she inquired with regret. “Nothing...just give me a quiet place to work,” I growled. “Xavier, please let me...” I shifted my gaze away from the file and offered her a scathing look of displeasure in return. “You must comply with my orders when I say out; leave my office immediately.” The minute I snapped at her, she flinched, turned around, and walked out of the room without saying a word. I contacted the maid and instructed her to deliver the clothing and food to Sia, who stayed in my room.
