Shifting the kids took hours, but soon, they all had cozy rooms and warm bed wraps to have a good night's sleep.
Stepping into the reception after making sure the kids were fine, my gaze caught Serafina, her head resting against the walls, eyes closed, fatigue was undeniable for the lady. She was greatly helpful today and I didn't know how to thank her.
"Alpha Fenrir, should I disrupt her sleep and take her to the waiting car?" Fredrick asked, sheer concern tinged to his warm tone.
I shook my head, refusing his help. Instead, I approached her and gently and carefully scooped her in my arms. We made our way out and I made sure she was settled in the back seat before hopping in the front.
