SERAFINA
I woke up terrified beyond words. I got out of my bed staring around, but there was not a single sign of blood. My hands clamped against my chest, and I hurried to the window, almost stumbling on the carpet.
I leaned against the wall, blinking repeatedly. This is getting out of hand; these visions keep coming; they keep disturbing my peace. What are they? Why are they here?
The sound of a gentle knock on the door jolted me out of my skin. “W–Who is it?”
“Miss Serafina, it's Beverly. I am here to get you dressed up.”
