My cheeks burned instantly. I looked up at him, trying to force a small smile. I didn’t even know why my heart was beating so fast. This was all just insane.
Then came the sound of a camera click and then another.
Then a blinding flash.
“Oh my gosh, congratulations!” someone said in the background.
I blinked as I turned slightly, catching sight of people filming us with their phones. Someone’s voice came loud and clear through a camera mic:
“We are live at Sparkle Green Hotel! Famous CEO, Mr. Tyler Miller, has just gotten married to a beautiful woman right here in the Banquet Hall and it’s the same woman, Emily Dawson!”
Everyone would see this—the photos, the headlines.
And right in the middle of it all, Tyler pulled me a little close
