"Woah, this is-this is yours?" We were standing outside a huge glass skyscraper about a million metres tall giving you a preview of the inside of hard workers walking around. My head turns to Damion who nods his head staring into his phone as we entered. We see a long reception White marble table besides the end of it was a scanner where I open after you scan your key card. There was a lot of security guards swarming the place. Woman stared at us but mainly Damion who seemed unbothered by the attention he was receiving. "Good morning Mr Luciano, would you like your assistant to come down or are you going up?" The woman at the front desk asked, she was wearing a long black dress, her hair tight behind her ears using a chopstick. Her brown eyes were beautiful with her fake lashes. I looked down at my outfit seeing I was wearing Damion's shirt with my leather jacket and some sneakers that were poorly done from yesterday. "No, we are going up." Damion let out, tucking his phone in his pocket before walking ahead of me as I follow him like a puppy after a bone. Damion scanned his card and entered leaving the scanner closing right before I was about to enter, "Damion." I said lowly not wanting to draw unneeded attention. "Damion!" I shouted in a whisper before rolling my eyes, "DAMION." He turned around and looked at me, I shrugged my shoulders looking down before he let out a small smirk turning around to continue walking. "Is he f*****g serious?" I groaned, unbothered for this but then I see Damion stop walking, he was only about two metres ahead of me so he twisted and looked at me. "Damion let me in." He smiled a fake smile before walking up to me taking his key card out, just as he was about to scan it, he removed his card up. I had enough so I tried grabbing it from his hands only leading me to fall over the gate and onto Damion's chest. "Wow, you are so inpatient." He whispered removing a lock from my hair to be behind my ears as he slowly looked down into my Hazel eyes. Him and his ash-coloured eyes that always became sprinkled with red. It always looked like someone was trying to set fire to ashes and refused to give up, resulting in a pulsing red on grey. "Come on Bellissima, I have s**t to do." He dragged me over the gate and onto my feet as if I weighed nothing. (Beautiful) "You know, you need to stop speaking Italian because I don't understand half the s**t you say." I murmured as we walked towards the elevator, he pressed the button and we all waited for it to ding or something. "Why do you not like it when I speak Italian? Bellissima." I gulped as he tucked his hands into his pockets, tapping the hem of his shoes on the White marble flooring before turning to stare at me. I shrugged my shoulder moving my head to the side, "No I don't." He lets out a soft laugh from underneath his breath before walking towards me, leaving only three inches of space. He bent his head down to meet my Hazel eyes and I to his beautiful sky like grey eyes, "Too bad for you then, piccoletto." The elevator opened an we entered in absolute silence. (Shorty) "Mr Luciano, sir!" Hello we have a meeting in three minutes, along with the state council in forty minutes and I brought your coffee and another one for your.... friend." Her eyes were small yet had a foxy look, she held two cups of coffee in both hands as she hands one to me as we continue walking along with me behind them. "Cancel the meeting with the State council, I will not have enough time for them." the assistant looked like she was about to object but instead does not say a thing. Damion stops moving and turns within an instant causing me to clumsily bump into him, my coffee spills on his White crisp shirt. I gasp as everyone looks at us, my hands covering my mouth. "Oh s**t, I'm so sorry." I turn to see a receptionist with wide eyes, I rush to her table as I grab a few napkins form the box and rush back to him. I pat his chest mostly feeling it, he feels like he has a good body. "Oh, move would you, Mr Luciano I have prepared more shirts in the office." She pushes me away slightly as she leads Damion to the office. Oh well done you stupid b***h. I thought to myself. I look down seeing the cleaner picking up the mess. "Oh, it’s fine, I'll do it." I bent down and tried helping her only for her to push me away saying it was fine and it was her job. I waited outside like an i***t before I hear a whooshing sound behind me. "I f*****g hate that b***h," My head twists around seeing a blonde-haired woman with brown coloured eyes smiling as her elbows lean on the marble reception. "I f****d up, didn't I?" "Nah, not really. Okay they say the first impression counts and trust me when you said you made one hell of one." I couldn't help but let out a small laugh as she joins in with me. "Rene, you are?" "Ava, Ava Garcia" "So, what are you doing with the boss." She raises her eyebrows feeling intrigued. "I stumbled on him at work." She nods her head feeling like she shouldn't ask any questions, her eyes widen and she whispers a small whistle. I turn around and place eyes on Damion walking towards me. From his stained shirt to another White crisp one, the sleeves were rolled up to his elbows and he held his tie as he reaches right in front of me. He hands me the tie and nods his head before lifting his collar. "May you?" His dark embedded voice allures into my mind and I couldn't do anything but nod. "Mr Luciano, I don't mind doing it for you." "I want her to do it, you can leave now. You are pissing me of." I hear her gulp before leaving almost instantly, he raises his eyebrows and I shake back to the presence. I throw the tie around his head and pull him slightly closer. His tall height causing him to over shadow me as I begin tying his tie. His soft lips right in front of me, without realising I slightly leaned in closer before patting his tie down. "Thank you, follow me." He opened the office door and my eyes expanded, it was beautiful and modern but not too modern. He strolled right passed me and sat on his leather chair sorting out a few papers and sheets since his meeting got cancelled, I think. My hands grazed the bookshelf behind him and I let out a little laugh, "You read Romeo and Juliet, so adorable." He shook his head as I slipped the book out of the shelf full of other not wanting to break anything I stepped away and sat in front of him. The desk was the only thing getting into the way but other than that we were in a steaming silence, my fingers grazed the first chapter of the book. My mother used to read this to me ever since I was a child and the sentence, she loved the most was. 'Doubt thou the stars are fire; Doubt that the sun doth move; Doubt truth to be a liar; But never doubt I love.' "Can you stop reading out loud? I'm trying to focus." My head snapped to the direction of his deep voice before shuffling onto the chair, resting my back on the arm chair and allowing my feet to dangle of the other. "You know what line I love the most out of this entire book, wait have you read the book?" He shook his head pulling a sheet of paper onto the desk and settling it in front of him. "No, all I know is that they die happily ever after the end." Giggling at his so-called summary I shook my head and leaned abasing the table. "No, they have a story to the death and it wasn't happy." I whispered putting the book in front of me onto the glass table. "I don't have time to read such nonsense."
