Chapter 1: the meetings
Adina's POV
I woke up feeling down as usual because thinking of my god-damned forsaken boss of mine makes me sick to the gut. But anyway I still have to do it I really don't have a choice. I quickly said my prayers, rush in to have my bath, then got dress. I knew I kinda was getting late but I still make some slow down on my movement.
"Miss Arielle can I get a cup of coffee with caramel?" I asked my friend on getting to my usual cafe where I do get my hot relaxing coffee.
"yes of course sweetie but you know you can always not put that boring honorific to my name" she told me while making faces at me.
"yes ma'am" I said laughing at my seriousness.
" you know I will get back at you" she said while handing me the coffee.
I looked at my wrist watch to check the time only to find out that am almost late, I greeted Arielle bye and was about to make my way out when I got a call from James my colleague at work that I don't really need to come to work that day, because the entire restaurant have been booked for a family dinner by some rich dude.
So thinking of what to do I decided to sit and finish my coffee before making my way to the orphanage home. Just glancing around saw a tall handsome dude with a crying baby in a carrier and with some men. And I can see the way he was trying to pacify her by feeding her a bottle and at same time talking to those men with him and behind him stood two bodyguards.
"I think he might need some help" I thought
I didn't even know when I move to their table and straight way get a hold on the cute thing immediately she was in my hand I been stare at by a lot of eyes so quickly made my intention known. The man was so very quiet watching me as I rocked the girl to and fro. And I couldn't take it anymore so i decided to move to my sit telling one of the body guard to follow on.
The shouldn't be more than six months old, I got so carried away staring at the cute little angel in my arms I was just stroking her face and kissing her lips until i got tired of doing that.
It wasn't long before the handsome dad came to get her from me. He was really thankful for me. Well I think I saved someone's ass today and that one of the accomplishment of today I said laughing to myself.
