"Harry!" His name falls from my lips in such a hurry my voice sounds muffled and frenetic at the same time, as I'm hit with a wave of relief that feels so overwhelming think I might pass out. There's an ecstatic sound on the line, a loud music beating in distance, voices, laughs, movement. However, even though I can hear all the life that is happening on the other end of the line, at the same time something feels paralyzed. "B-Billie.." His voice sounds so shaky it's almost unrecognizable. There's a moment of silence where all I can hear is his quivering sharp breaths and the mess of sounds behind him.
