Sirens blared and more people screamed. my head was spinning as he dragged me towards the door. I kicked him but he just held me tighter. I guess I was a hostage now. The cops had surrounded the building, I was being held at gunpoint, and my stomach was still crying for food. Things were not going too well. A bullet whizzed past my ear but I didn't feel anything. Come to think of it, I didn't feel the strength in the arms around me either. They limply dropped to the ground. Suddenly losing my appetite, I ran.
