IN MY DREAMS

SEOUL HIGH SCHOOL GRADE 12- CLASS B The class was noisy,every student minding their own business and doing their thing. Some girls were chit chatting, some boys were playing games while some girls were doing their makeup and so on. However at the back of the class was Kim Sera who was studying, not caring if the noise was distracting her. Immediately, their homeroom teacher walked in. "Can't this class be quiet for once?" Teacher Song yelled. The class turned quiet as a graveyard. "You all have your CSAT exams in some few months time and you're still making noise, can't any of you imitate Sera over there who studies everyday" She said pointing at Kim Sera. That was when Sera lifted up her head and her long wavy hair swayed behind her back,it totally made her look so beautiful. She looked at the teacher confused and adjusted her glasses. "Ma, is there a problem?" Sera asked. "No dear,keep on studying" Teacher Song said. Sera didn't say anything and continued studying. Teacher Song looked at her and smiled. Sera is like the school's treasure. She is perfect is everything,is it sports? Quizzes? English spelling? or debates? You can name is all, she has won numerous awards for the school since her first year of high school and they believe that she will do excellently well in her upcoming CSAT exams. But the only problem is that she doesn't have a friend,she is someone who wants to be left alone and be independent on her own. "Oh, before I forget, please come in " Teacher Song said as she startled back to reality, looking at the class entrance. A tall handsome boy came in. Every girl looked at him and drooled, except for Sera who wasn't looking. "So this is your new classmate, please introduce yourself" The teacher announced. "Hello everyone,my name is Park James and it is a pleasure for me to spend my last year in highschool with you all" James said, smiling. Sera looked up immediately and locked eyes with him,she couldn't deny the fact that he was handsome and his deep voice was so cool in her ears. "So what do you all say to him?" The teacher asked. "Your welcome to Seoul highschool" The class chorused. "James,sit beside Sera over there" The teacher said pointing at the spare seat beside Kim Sera. "But Ma,I prefer sitting alone" Sera protested. "So sorry Sera,let him stay there for a while" The teacher apologized. James walked over to the seat and sat down. "Hi,my name is James" He said smiling looking at Sera "I know " Sera replied uninterested and continued studying. James just stared at her smiling, however Sera could feel his gaze on her "Sera, please during lunch time,show him around the school " Teacher Song said. "Ok ma" "Now settle down for your first lesson for the day, teacher Lee will be coming in soon" Teacher Song announced and left the class. All the girls except Sera, started staring at James, admiring his cuteness. However James just brought out his notebooks and started arranging them on the table. MATHEMATICS CLASS "Do you all understand?" Teacher Lee,their maths teacher asked "Yes Sir" The students replied. "Ok,solve this question for me" He said and wrote a question on the board. Most of the students starting groaning,they had been having maths class for 2 hours already and they were tired. However, Sera started solving and what surprised her next was that James also started solving. Sera didn't want to believe that he could solve it,she has solved the question before while studying her CSAT past question and of all it was a calculus question,so it was basically hard. But the way James was solving it was intriguing,he was solving it speedily and that made Sera also increase her speed. Both the students and teacher were staring at them,it was as if they were in a competition on who will finish firstly and immediately... James dropped his pen. James said his answer "That's correct" Teacher Lee announced smiling and clapping. "What about you Sera?" The teacher asked and that was when everyone stared at her. "The same answer Sir" Sera replied sadly. Everyone could see that she wasn't happy with the way James finished before her. She was just a second behind James and he got it correctly. Sera stared at James angrily who was also staring at her but smiling. "Who the heck is he????" Sera screamed in her mind. To be continued
