Carrington So, it's been another year since Oakleigh went into a coma. Three long years have gone by, and now the boys are in preschool. I work from home, so I'm always nearby in case anything happens. The boys love telling her about their day when they get home from school, and we all can't wait for Oakleigh to wake up and join in on the fun. Before bedtime, we all gather around her bed and read her a story. It's a sweet tradition that we all enjoy, and it's helped the boys grow closer to their mom. Oak’s parents have also had a significant transformation. They've been clean for three years, and I'm grateful for their support and presence in our lives.
