His Precious Little Angel

Chapter 2

Elijah's POV

I open my eyes to find myself lying on my bed. I look at the clock it's 7 am.

Then i remember what happened, my nightmare which lead to another episode of my panic attack.

Releasing a long sigh i get up from my bed and walk towards the bathroom to wash up.

After taking a shower and getting dressed i go downstairs. I hear sounds of chatter coming from dining room. Recognising the voices a small smile appears on my face as i walk towards the dining room.

I enter the dining room to find my little siblings arguing over something.

“don't talk with your mouth full of food” anna groaned, “it's disgusting”

“i will” nick says with his mouth stuffed with bread.

“eww nick you're disgusting”

“you still love me, anna” nick grins.

“that i do, but mommy said it's bad manners to eat an talk at the same time” anna scolds nick.

“I know, but she's not here right now, so i can do that” nick grins again.

“no you cant. Nick” anna's voice turns stern.

I can't help but smile, anna is acting like a mature one, while nick is being mischievous, though they are of same age.

Anna and nick are the youngest in our family. They are twins and are 5 years old. Both of them are adorable and are extremely attached to me.

Next to them were scott and liam. Who are 14 year old, they are 3 years younger then me as i'm 17.

Ashley my younger sister who is just 5 mins younger then me is eating her breakfast and is enjoying anna and nick's argument Though nick and anna love each very much but that love between them still can not prevent them from fighting.

Twins run in our family.

Family.

The only thing that has stopped me from ending my life. I could not give them the pain of my death. I wanted all of this suffering to end so badly but i could never let them suffer because of me.

A gentle tug on my trousers bring me back from my thoughts. I look down to find none other than anna smiling at me.

She extends her arms up for me, So i bend down to carry her in my arms

“Goodmorning Elijah” she beams at me.

“Morning anna” i say as i peck her cheeks.

“Morning elijah” nick says as he slides down his chair and run towards me. I lift him up as well, kissing his cheek.

With Anna and nick on each side of my arm i walk towards the dining table and make them sit on their respective seats.

“Morning elijah” scott and liam says together while eating.

“Morning you two” i reply

“Morning i***t brother” ashley says her mouth full of food.

“Yeah yeah morning ash and eat less or else your stomach might burst” i tease her.

“Shup up” she groans and everyone else laugh.

We start eating, anna and nick resume their argument.

“Where's mom and dad?” i ask

“In the study” scott replies

“What are they doing there? They didn't had breakfast?” i ask confused.

“Already did. When we came down they finished breakfast, doctor steven was here as well. They now went into the study to discuss some things with him” liam replies as he eyes me worriedly.

“Are you okay Eli?”Ashley asks looking worried and tensed.

I know that if they have seen doctor steven here that too early in the morning they must have found out about my nightmare and panic attack.

“Yeah i...i'm fine” i reply.

“I forgot my phone. I'll be right back” i say getting up and walking out of the dining room, not missing the worried and anxious expressions on my siblings faces.
