I was lost in a swirl of toungues, hands, fabrics and Daniel.
He and I were so entangled with each other, to the point I could not figure out where he ended and I began. The pain was soon faded by an overwhelming pleasure, driving me away from everything real and conscious. He didn't stop and I did not want him to stop. There was nothing in the world except us.
With a flash of red light, Daniel's blood oath mark on his left shoulder began to fade. His thrusts became faster and violent. I could practically see his blood warming with every moment, drowning us both in a ocean of stars.
"I love you." He whispered, bending over my ear, his weight on me crushing me softly. I grabbed his back tighter as he came undone, sending us both in to a ecstasy we've never seen before.
He laid beside me, hugging me to his chest and kissing my forehead. I lifted up my head and looked at his shoulder. "It's really gone."
His eyes followed mine. "Yeah. It's really gone."
I snuggled closer to him. He was so familiar. He felt like home. "I am glad that you are alive."
His slow laughter vibrated through his chest. "Me too."
Someone knocked on the door. We both jumped, covering ourselves with sheets. Daniel called out. "Who is it?"
"Just me." Savin talked from outside the door. "Now that you are done, be ready in two hours. I'm leaving some food here."
I looked at Daniel. He looked as dumbfounded as I was. "Were you listening from the outside?" I asked loudly, knowing that he could hear me.
"I don't have to listen when you are as loud as some rhinos."
I blushed and hid my head on Daniel's shoulder. He grabbed me from my waist and kissed my cheek. "Can you move?"
"Of course I can." I said, getting up. It hurt a lot more than I liked to admit, but it wasn't anything I couldn't handle. "Savin is right. We have to move. Now that our whereabouts are unknown to the Elves, they might start looking for us."
Daniel pulled me from my arm, back to the bed. "Okay. Let's sleep for a hour and half. We can get ready in half an hour."
"Food." I said.
"I almost forgot that." He said, getting up and going for the door. I watched his muscles shift as he opened the door a crack and take the food back to our bed. He noticed my staring and smiled. "Like what you see?"
I nodded.
He laughed and placed two bento boxes in front of me. Where did Savin even found these? I opened the one closer to me. There was some steamed broccoli, rice, carrots, some type of meat, an egg roll and a spoon. I dived right in to it. It was delicious.
We slept and got ready in two hours to meet Savin again. As much as he pissed me off, now I was blood bound to make his plan work. So if I did not want to die from blood freezing, I had to make this work.
Savin met us exactly at time. His perfection annoyed me more than it should. Just what was his deal? He was always Mr. Right.
"Did you tell Daniel about the situation?" Savin asked me. He was sitting on the table.
I nodded. "Everything you told me, he knows now. But I still don't understand. What did you mean when you said I had all the power?"
"You know what I meant. You are just scared to admit it." He said. Arrogant prick.
"Fine. I know. So when should I overthrow my father?" I asked directly.
Daniel looked at me, shocked. "Overthrow the king? What are you talking about?"
"It's not hard to figure out." I said. "There is a conflict going on between two kingdoms. One party wants to end the conflict, but the other party continue to harm innocent. what was the best we could do here? Eliminate the leadership."
Savin gave me an approved smile. "We know that Rawen's throne is blood bound to the king, so only a child of his can sit on it. Then we found out about the exiled princess, who happened to be the only heir to the throne. We took our chances to take her to agree with us, and somehow it worked out."
"I think he is manipulating you to turn you against your father." Daniel turned to me. "You can't trust him."
"And yet I do." I said. "An elf attacked us. I knew his aura, I just can't remember exactly who that was. It has been eight years, Daniel. There was no incident before. As soon as I made contact with these people, an attack happens."
"It could be all part of his plan." Daniel objected.
"It doesn't matter." I said. "I made a blood oath to help them."
"Why would you do such a stupid thing-" Daniel started, but i didn't let him finish. "I could not let you die."
"As much as I like to be invisible and be part of this boring conversation, I'd very much appreciated it if you guys let me finish talking." Savin said. We both turned to him. "I spoke with Elkelyn King while you two were busy. I got you permission to enter our borders. I want you to meet our people."
Daniel looked like he was going to turn the offer off, but I spoke first. "I'd love to, but they hate elves."
"Don't worry. That is taken care of." Savin replied. "If you two are ready, we can get going now."
"We are." I stood up, and turned to Daniel. "Let's go."
He still looked unhappy, but he intertwined his hand with mine and followed us.
Unlike yesterday, Savin didn't let us walk for so long in the maze. We were out in the woods in matter of time. We could see the sun directly shining above us through the trees. I noticed that we were taking a different path.
I didn't comment on that and observed as much as I could, turning the images into maps in my head. If anything went wrong, I needed Daniel to be safe before anything.
This time, when we stepped out of the woods, it was not just a street. It looked like a town.
Someone was waiting for us at the tree line. Savin went up to him. He bowed to him. "General."
"Is everything ready?"
"Yes." he said, pointing to a cart. It was very cleverly hidden among the trees. I didn't even notice it until I squinted my eyes a little.
"Ganin here is a master of disguise. He will help you blend in."
Ganin came towards us. "Whose first?"
"I'll go first." I said. He grabbed some items from the cart and started to work.
Sometime later, both of us were dressed in black, a cape flowing behind us. A dark blue brooch was fixed on our shoulders. Our pointed ears were covered in some artificial ears made from some substance.
"Why can't we just use magic?" Daniel asked.
Savin rolled his eyes. "We can see through them."
Daniel muttered something under his breath. I tip toed and kissed his cheek. He kissed me back.
I took a deep breath. I was just stepping to a place everybody hated me. And I was one of their main targets.
I could only pray for the best.
