//Chapter 68//

I stayed in the back of his head, letting him have the control of his body for the time being. I needed information to get out of this. I could not simply force him to release me and get lost in some place with guards and weapons. Judging from such a huge wall of insfi stones being here, I could not be sure if they had weapons infused with them as well. I could not risk it. Besides, I had to find Resh and others. I closed my eyes and stilled myself, pretending to be still unconscious. I could hear them coming closer and closer. They walked straight towards me as if there was no objects between me and the door, which was an advantage on its own. "Seems like she's still out of it." The guy without my control said. "Yeah. Let's come back, Kor. We should check on others first." I could not let this chance flip, so I changed his mind. Kor frowns, because he wanted to stay. I am not someone to break my friend's heart. I should stay till the princess woke up. "On the other hand, we should stay untill she wakes up." My guy -I decided to call him that- said. His face softened. See, I knew what he wanted all along. Outside the illusion, Kor slightly frowned. "We have nothing else to do. We should stay till she wakes up. It won't take a very long time." I felt grateful for this Kor guy. He went with the flow just like Bran. Too bad I could not see their faces. I didn't dare open my eyes yet. I released My Guy from the illusion. "Do you really think the Second Prince would actually come to rescue her?" My Guy asked. "Sure. That's what Master said." Kor said. "If he says it, it will happen. We don't have to be stressed about anything. The plan will work accordingly. We will capture the second prince." I bit my toungue hard enough to draw blood. They had set a trap for Savin. Did he know that I was here? But how? "Wait." My guy said. "I think I saw her moving just now. Do you think-" Think she is awake and pretending to be asleep? That's what he was going to ask. I could not let the suspicion grow like that. I immeadietly used another method. "-that something is wrong with her?" He finished. "Or maybe she's awake and waiting for a chance to escape." Kor said. Damn it. "We should poke her and make sure she is still out of it. Hand me your pen, Seth." "It won't matter." My Guy- Seth said. "We should tickle her." I wanted to roll my eyes so hard. They were discussing to tickle their hostage. Even though it sounded absolutely ridiculous, I had to admit that it would be a great method of torture for some people. I just was not one of then. "We don't have to worry. She can't escape anyways." Kor said. "Those shackles are made of Perr. There is no matter or an energy that can pass through them." "You are right." Seth said. I made a mental note to take care of my own prisoners if I had them in the future. These guys were spilling everything at the thought of me being unable to hear. Nave would eat these types of guys for breakfast. So, my shackles were made of Perr, the same glass they used to store blood for easier consumption. I regretted not asking any of the important details about these when Kahlee introduced them to me for the first time. I finally knew the reason why she dealt with them so carelessly. From Seth's tone, these glass were hard to break and could even be used as shackles for prisoners. Kor looks interested in these glasses. I should teach him to break them. I casually planted the illusion on Seth's head. This could not now go on with just one person under my control. I did not know anything about Seth or his connections. So if he and Kor were brothers or best friends or lover or something like that, one could notice the difference immeadietly. I sneaked in to Kor's head as well, despite the pain and the hard to concentration situation. "Yeah," Seth continued on. "The only way to break free from these shackles is to get the key from my master. Or smash it with a hammer freshly made and boiled till it turns blue." Kor nodded. "There aren't any blacksmith shops near here and the closest one is on the other side of the city. There is no way for the princess to escape. Wait. That's supposed to be a secret. Why are we talking about this?" It's normal. I said to both of them at once. I could not yield them fully through the pain in my body. At least I figured out a way to break free from the glasses. There was a key, probably possessed by Unnel. If I found out a way to bring him here and took him under my control, I could escape without any problem. I had to know so many more things before I stepped in to that plan. We should talk about the injection the princess just had. "Poor princess," Even though I gave the illusion to both of them, it was Seth who spoke first. "She was injected with Binat." "Yeah. Ever since it came around, that had been my worst nightmare." Kor said. "Just imagine of stripping down from all your powers in just a push of a syringe. We don't even know if it would ever come back." For a moment, I was confused. If I was injected with this Binat, how could I still control them? Then I realised. They were talking about the Elkelyn side of mine, the supposed power I had to blast apart living things. I had no use of that power. Honestly, I was scared of that power ever since I had the dream about that island with pieces of flesh and gore everywhere. If ot was truly gone from me, then the chances of that becoming true was impossible. But what about Resh, Bran and Relach? What about Savin? If they ever got injected with this, they would be as good as mortals. Bran and Relach would be completely powerless. The missing piece inside me and the pain running through my body made it hard to think logically and form a plan. All I knew was that I had to find the others as soon as I can and escape before Savin even had the chance to get here. "-Are right." Seth was responding. "I would not wish that even for an enemy." I gritted my teeth as possible as I could without moving and went back to their minds. I was running out of time.
