Linda wanted to be the one to tell Anna and everyone at the office about her break up with Clinton and not them hearing it from someone else. She thought of how Anna would see her from now seeing that she kept something like that away from her, it seemed more like she was deceiving and pretending to still be in a relationship even when she was not.
