I AM VANESSA MELODY

vanessa parents vincent and juliet melody are taking their kids out its been a very long since their had time to take the kids or have time to spend with them,the company has really taken alot of their time so they both plan to make sure their leave for a month is the same so they could really have time for their two beautiful kids. stephen is 10 while vanessa is 6 there were so happy to be spending time with their parents and going for picnic is something the family havent done for a very long time.after arriving at the beautiful fun central they set their things down and got foods and drinks and had a very fun full day its was so sweet but who knew that will be the last. vanessa woke up in the hospital after 6months later she was all wrapped up in bandages and she cried out not knowing what's going on the doctors and nurse were with her immediately and were so happy to see she is woken up after so many month of been in there,van is so confused and kept screaming and calling for her parents and the doctor was forced to sedate her.how would they explain the tragedy that has befallen the family to a six years old girl that her parents her dead.when I woke up my aunty who look so much like mummy and my brother steve was there by my bed side and I look around and realize I was still at the hospital my aunty face was swollen and my brother was expressionless he had a poker face on I asked where my parents were and she bust out crying loud and told me they were dead I was confused for a six years old for awhile and asked where they will be now she just kept on weeping she said "I am all you have now"two weeks later I was cleared to go home thats when reality kicks in ny aunty was nothing like mummy she leaves home every night and comes in the morning nothing like preparing food for us she just order always when she is around and stay hungry when she comes home drunk and unable to call for food but all this became so much painful because my brother became distant to me since the day I came home no more jokes or smile and he never sit around me I tried making conversation with him but he always workout on me so I had no one to talk to or ask what happened to my parents I was on my own even with family around I cried alot I wanted my parents,I wanted to go back to school I was so lonely so oneday I walked upto my aunty when she was making up her face to go out "big aunty can I talk to you please "she said I should make it quick so I ask her if we are going back to school soon and she said no I asked why and she responded that my parents didnt leave any money or properties worth sending us back to school for now me and my brother will attend some after school teaching I wasn't happy so I told her I wanted my parents and she gave me the beating of a lifetime with her nails scratching my skin I begged her to stop but she never listen when she was done she took me to basement and locked me up I neva like being locked upso I wept till I sleptoff I woke up to some one shaking and calling my name looking up I saw my brother and I quickly got up and hug me he just stood there and never hug me back so I asked him if I did anything wrong he just replied me that aunty is calling and left me standing crying because I still don't know why my brother was behaving like that for a six years I wanted my big brother and my family love. family is everything but what happen when all you get is coldness,silence and hatred !
