5 The half-giant stood up and cleared the plates, then turned around with his hands on his hips and stared at the dining table deep in thought. The one eye not covered by his long hair met Max’s and he assessed him. Max shifted uncomfortably under his scrutiny. Wunder closed the distance between them. His large hand plunked down on his shoulder, almost knocking him off the chair. “You must go home now and stay there. Things are only going to get worse.
