Chapter 3 :The makeover (◕ᴗ◕✿)

"OMG am so excited" my friend Audrey screamed for the millionth.
"I honestly can't believe you're going to the crystal peak pack the most powerful pack ever, filled with amazing wolves and a ton of hot guys she said dreamingly .
"Why are you so excited am starting to think it was that got invited" I asked.
"Why wouldn't I be excited who wouldn't want to go there it's everyone's dream.
"Why does everyone keeps saying that"
I thought. I mean it's not that great.
Today was really tiring shopping with my mom was not fun at all,i can barely feel my legs and hands and my head is heavy .
"Are you even listening" i asked I realized that she was still talking I guess we're both guilty of being terrible listeners.
"Am sorry what were you saying"she asked looking at me.
"Nothing am just talking to myself as usual" I huffed.
"Okayy am sorry am listening okay"
"So what are you going to wear"she asked again ignoring what I just said Again.
"Well if you were listening you would have heard me mention about my trip to hell with my mom this afternoon, it was terrible,she kept on picking clothes am starting to wonder if she robbed a bank cause she bought aloot and she wants me to throw my old clothes away".
"Can you imagine she called my clothes old my beautiful precious clothes"
"Well we're starting a new session and school starts on Monday so it might be life changing to dress better for our last year of high school who knows you might finally get a boyfriend". Trying to calm me down.
"Please don't remind about school" I said throwing a pillow at her.
"You know how much I hate it,
The only good thing that can finally make my life better is shifting into a full wolf by February and finishing highschool.
"Whatt, am just saying the truth also remember your new year goals for this year, she said raising her hands in defence,
"And remember what was on top of the list, she continued".
"Yeahh, I have to tell Damon about how I feel "I groaned rolling on my bed. Damon is my other best friend and we've been inseparable since kindergarten and I've had the biggest crush on him since junior high but am too scared to tell and I don't want to ruin our friendship cause am not so sure whether he feels the same way or not.
Come'on don't beat yourself up about it am sure it's going to be okay he might even be your mate, Audrey said trying to cheer and it worked the thought of Damon being my mate cheered me up.
Ohh my, I love this new mascara my friend said while applying it ,
it suited her well,am not surprised everything suited Audrey.She had long brown hair beautiful sapphire eyes olive colored skin and she had the figure of a model. And in total she's gorgeous.
"You look beautiful "I said to her.
"Awwn thanks,so are you you just need to work on yourself like really work on yourself you need to loose alittle bit of weight and start dressing better."That's the only way for Damon to look at you and see a girl and not his 'bro' Okay".
"Yeah you're right"I said slowly.
"Am always right "she joked
"So what are you going to wear for school on Monday"she asked .
"Seriously we still have tomorrow why don't you just leave me to recover"I said trying to excape from the question.
"Noo way I want the whole school to notice you the moment you step foot there".
"For good reason I hope" i said looking at the ceiling.
"Of course don't you trust me".
"Nope "I joked.
"Haha laugh all you want,we both know you can't live without me" she joked back.
"I love this silk dress why don't you try it she said picking up what I knew would definitely fit me in any way.
"No way" I said getting up.
"Whyy it's beautiful"Audrey said looking at the dress again.
"But it's looks so uncomfortable" I whined.
Just try it's not going to hurt you it's just a dress maddy, don't be such a drama queen"Audrey said.
"It's easy for you to say my body is not used to this kind of torment" I replied back.
"Just put the dress on" she ordered stretching the dress towards me.
"Bossy Audrey activated "I teased walking towards the bathroom. And yes I hate changing in front of anyone whether male or female.
"Are you done"she asked
"Nooo this dress is so tight I said back".
"How long does it take for you to put on a dress am a girl but I honestly don't take that long, you're on a whole different level really".
This stupid dress is so tight I thought to myself maybe I seriously start working out.
Great another new year goal

Finally am done I breathed out at least it can't get worse than this, I hope.
"Damn babe you're on fire" Audrey breathed out
"You look amazing "
"You mean it"
"Yess look in mirror babe"
"Okay" I said walking towards my mirror.
"Waittt" she screamed.
I knew it i looked terrible now here comes the laugh.
"I want to put on some make-up first,sit" she ordered, Again.
"Why do I need to put on makeup?" I asked eyeing her suspiciously.
"Just sit i want to see if my makeup classes paid off"she said avoiding eye contact.
Before I knew what was going on she was already applying something that looked like a powder.
"Are you done yet my butt is starting to hurt "I cried out.
"Relaxx it's only been 30 minutes don't be such a crybaby".
"Do you even know what you're doing" I asked .
"Of course don't doubt me okay".
"Can I at least look at the mirror"i asked her.
"No you'll ruin the surprise ".
"Ohh it's no surprise that I'll look like a clown I always do".
"Can you just shut up Audrey spoke out
How do you expect anyone to treat you right when you don't even treat yourself right you don't believe you don't even feel like you're worth it.
Have a little bit of self confidence ok".
"You're the best" I said almost tearing up.
"Don't ruin my makeup with your tears okay".
Honestly I don't know what I would do without Audrey in my life and she's one of the best things in my life
She's more of a twin than Catherina.
"Okayy am done she said backing away, now look at the mirror and see how beautiful you look".
"Looking at the mirror I saw someone that looked totally different,damn am a woman my woman I thought". Audrey did a great curly my sandy blonde hair, and you can clearly she put more effort on my eyes to stand out, my eyes looked even more blue than usual.The makeup was light but I still looked like a celebrity with a celebrity makeup artist".
"Wow 'I said.
"Amazing right" Audrey said tearing up.
"Now you're making me cry".
"Don't cry cause then I would start crying and I really don't want to ruin my makeup" I said shushing her.
"Don't shush me "she whined.
"Ohh look at you acting all grown up, now you're worried about your makeup" she raising her eyebrows.
Blushing I thought, I do look all grown up as a matter of fact am going to start acting grown up.
"Now what do I wear" Audrey said out loud .
Turning back to face I asked why do you want to get dressed up "where are you going".
"Where are wee going she said making sure to pronounce the word 'wee', we're going out and before you beg or cry or give any stupid excuses keep it mind that you're not getting out of this one I mean it, it's a new year which also means a new Maddy".
Rolling my eyes I said " you've been saying that for 2 weeks now don't you get tired".
"You're one to talk, I'll keep on saying that until you finally listen".
Picking up a dress she asked what do you think about this one.
"Nahh I think you should go with the blue one it's annoying just like you I puffed out".
'Well, thank you "she said smiling.
"Now wear this "she grinned stretching towards me what looked like level 4 of hell in the form of shoes.
"What are those" I said staring daggers at her while she still grinned like her i***t.
"Just pleasee wear them, they're just 3 or maybe 4 inches long" she said looking at the shoes again.
She's not even sure I thought to myself.
"Just 3 inches long "I said almost screaming.
"Ladies ladies what's up with the screaming my mom asked walking towards my room.
Great more torture I cried out to myself.
O.M.G. my mom breathed out staring at me.
