Living Her Destiny

Destiny's POV "Ms.Williams would you mind not looking so bored with my class. Relax you only have to be here for another 20mins or so then you have the whole summer to yourself." said Mrs.Johnson as the whole class laughed. I turned three shades lighter as I apologized not believing I was just caught once again gazing out the window into the woods. For some reason I always felt drawn to the woods. Mom says it's because when I was little we had a cabin that we spent almost every holiday at until I was 5. Mom and Dad don't talk much about before we moved to Colorado, and everytime I ask they get this weird look on there face and change the subject so eventually I just stopped asking. The bell rung and I couldn't wait to get out of there and enjoy my summer with my best friend. Speaking of best friend Mia comes up asking am I ready to go, Mia and I had been best friends since birth I guess it's only right seeing as tho our mom's were best friends as well.Not to mention Mia lives w us since her parents passed away in a car accident about 10 years ago when she was 6 years old and ever since my parents have treated her like there own and I couldn't be happier to have my best friend living with us, especially since she needed all the support and love she could get. She loved her parents as much as any 6 year old would she was there only child there world both our parents only had 1 kid so that was another reason we clicked so well. I am so glad we can give her a small piece of comfort. We hop in my 2019 baby blue Ford fusion and as soon as the car starts our newest favorite song is playing on the radio Best friend by Saweetie we start dancing in our seats and singing as we head to my house. We arrive about 15 mins later still dancing,singing and laughing and head inside. "Mommmmm" I yell "Daddddd we're home" I said dropping our bags on the couch. "Do you think we beat them home?" Mia said "mmm I guess" I said going to the kitchen grabbing a couple pops and premade sandwiches mom left for us. Mia grabs the remote and turns the TV on and Bad Girls Club is paying old reruns so we decide on that for now. "Did you see the way Ryan was looking at you girl?" dragging her L's as she always does when she say girl. "Girl he a hoe and I'm not with it I want to be cherished and loved not played by the pretty boy thot of the school" I replied laughing. We sat and talked some more waiting on my parents. about 3hours later they came thru the door laughing and hugging with bags full of groceries. "hey girls"mom said "hey my angels" my dad said "hey guys" we replied. "How was the last day of school girls?" mom asked as dad helped her put the groceries away. "School was fine so glad we're almost finished" I said "Yea just think come September we'll be full Seniors in high school and turning 18 soon after that" Mia replied "Yes and then we can move out and get an apartment together and go to college together" I said." Whoa there slow down girls don't grow up to fast" dad said. You see me and Mia had been talking about our plans since we were kids we both knew exactly what we wanted. I was going to go to college and study law to be a lawyer and Mia wanted to be a doctor. We planned on doing everything together even down to our weddings. "Oh dad you always say that" Mia said "well that's because you girls remind me everyday just how much you've grown and I am so proud of you all" dad replied "Awwwwww daddd" we said dragging our D's we loved to annoy them that way. "Why don't you girls order a few pizzas and wings and we can have a movie night and talk about birthday plans for you girls" mom said handing us a menu from our favorite pizza place Pizza Jane's "yes" we screamed excitedly. Mia ordered 4 pizzas everyone got there favorite mom got plain cheese of course I got cheese and pepperoni with green olive Mia had meat lovers of course and dad had Hawaiian and for wings we got a super bucket with 100 wings 50 mild and 50 honey mustard with extra blue cheese. I know you're wondering why so much food for just us four but you see me Mia and dad always had very large appetites for some reason mom didn't but she always said we just had different metabolisms and just could naturally eat more especially since we were growing girls. She said dad's excuse was he was naturally big and she would laugh. You see my dad was a pretty big guy he was 6'9 about 250 pounds all muscle dark brown eyes with long eye lashes light olive skin and usually kept his hair neatly cut low. Mom was the opposite however you see she was very short compared to dad she was 5'4 about 140 pounds curves in all the right places dark brown eyes with dark brown hair to match that she usually kept braided down her back. I looked just like mom except I was tall like my dad. I was about 165 and stood 5'9 so I was curvey in all the right places light brown hair with blue highlights as I liked to play with colors since my last birthday when I turned 15. I usually kept my hair braided as well I guess I really do take after my mom. Dark brown eyes nice full lips and a butt with titties to match. Mia was my height about 160 pounds full lips jet black hair that she kept braided as well light brown eyes nice plump bottom and a full chest of triple D's. The food arrived about a hour later and everyone sat down with the table trays and we watched The Best Man and The Best Man's Holiday mom and dad on the loveseat and me and Mia on the couch. Once the movies were over we started to clean up dad took out the trash while me mom and Mia did the assembly line system on the dishes. Mom washing me rinsing and Mia drying and putting them away. Dad came back in and stood at the doorway watching us for a moment before walking over to us saying " I'm gonna go on up and get ready for bed I love you girls let your mom know what you guys wanna do for your birthdays and I'll make it happen" he said kissing our heads then going upstairs to shower. "So girls any ideas on what you guys want to do for your birthdays this year" mom asked "Well we were thinking a trip out of town maybe somewhere that has a nice cabin" I replied "okay I'll let your dad know and I'm sure we can find something in time. How long were you girls thinking of staying for" mom said "I was thinking maybe 6nights 7days" I said " Okay sounds fun I'll let your dad know and see" We finished the kitchen and kissed mom cheek and went up to bed. "So you really think they'll take us?" Mia asked " I hope so I really hope so" I replied we both showered and climbed in our beds on opposite sides of the room and went to sleep after we said our good nights. I woke up sometime later and looked at my cellphone only to see it was 1:13am we had only been sleep for about 2 hours but my bladder didn't care at that moment so I got up and used the bathroom and then went downstairs to get a drink of water. While I was in the kitchen getting a drink I heard some whispering coming from the vent that led to mom and dad's room. Mom was telling dad about what we wanted for our birthdays. I smiled but then I started to here unfamiliar voices and rustling near our house. Maxine's POV "I don't think it's a good idea to go into the forest so close to there birthdays my magic is wearing down the older they get it won't be long now before they have there first shift?Don't you think it's time we told them the truth Damien? How much longer before they figure it out? You knew from the beginning my magic would not last forever our time is running out!" Maxine exclaimed to her fated mate Damien. "I know Max don't you think I know that by now I've been working non stop with the alpha for the past 3 years trying to figure out a way to stop him so the girls will be safe so we won't have to stay in hiding so Leo and Chole's death won't be in vain and we've gotten nowhere. I don't want to scare them or overwhelm them especially since they haven't even met there wolves yet" Damien replied "What if as soon as we go back your vision comes true and they find there mates" he sighed running his fingers over his head. Maxine walked over to her mate and stood in between his legs and let him rest his head on her stomach."Look I know that you are doing everything that you can my love but I am worried that he will find us soon and I don't think I am strong enough to defeat him this time. Over the years I feel his strength has grown. Destiny has yet to begin training and we don't know how repressing her magic will affect her of how her wolf will handle it either" Maxine expressed "I know my love but the moon goddess blessed us with her her for a reason we know she has her witch side we just have to wait until her birthday to see if she has her wolf and can shift. As for Mia she is her guardian hand chosen by the Moon Goddess herself and her powers remain unknown. We just have to see how they handle there first shift and see what if any magic can be detected. They are stronger than we give credit for and I as well as you have to remember that." Damien replied. "Your right my love I love you" she said " I love you too he replied" as they kissed and played down to cuddle in bed. Maxine knew they had a long road ahead of them she knew there was a chance she would birth a hybrid a very rare occurrence in there species but the moon goddess had shown favor on her and gave her a fated mate. A soulmate someone who loves her and she him. What she didn't know was that she was going to have to explain sooner rather than later because Destiny heard everything. Destiny's POV" "Wolf" Destiny repeated she always thought she was different but wow and how could they keep that from her and Mia are a wolf. I can't believe them they have some serious explaining to do just wait till I tell Mia. Could I really be a witch and what's this about a wolf I could have? I wondered as I went back to my room to lay back down I knew I wouldn't be able to sleep so I went to my k****e and got on my Dreame app to read my latest book The Silent Alpha could everything I read about really be true witches and werewolf's what else is there out there? I got up and looked out the window after about a hour of reading so I could stretch my legs looking out I thought I saw a dark figure looking up at me with dark red eyes I blinked and it was gone. I must be sleepy let me go to sleep there's no way someone would be out this late especially near us considering our closest neighbors are 10 miles away. I fell asleep almost as soon as my head hit the pillow by then it was already 4am. I had the weirdest dream I was in a large field and there was this beautiful lake that the sun was reflecting off of I felt drawn to it. I walked closer to the lake and stares at my reflection but instead of seeing my reflection I see a beautiful pink wolf with a blue stripe going across her face looking at me. I jump back surprised and slowly crawl back peaking at the lake it looks like my wolf reflection is doing the same. I say "Who are you" but no response I splash the reflection away and stand up and walk towards a tree I didn't notice before thinking where am I. I sit beside the tree and close my eyes thinking to myself what is going on? "You are going to meet me soon your body is preparing for changes" a voice said I jumped up startled but for some reason I didn't real afraid. "And just who are you and what changes exactly" I responded looking up to see where the voice came from. I saw the same wolf in front of me this time I examined her closely. She had the most beautiful purple eyes looking at me but as she spoke her mouth did not move it was like her voice was in my mind. "I am your wolf Hope I have been repressed and held weak for many years but with our birthday approaching I am finally becoming stronger. You also are part witch as well just as your mother she is a witch as well." my wolf responded in my head. I could not believe what I was hearing I had finally met my wolf and she was beautiful but I don't want to let let her know just how much I loved her just yet so I said "oh yea what else since you know everything and I don't" "no need for hostility Destiny we are one my dear girl. As I said I am only just becoming stronger so I can only come to you in your dreams for now. As we approach our birthday you will hear me more clearly in your head and not only when you dream. We are special my dear girl and soon you will find out just how special we are. But you have to tell your mother soon as you awake I feel we are no longer safe here but I cannot explain why at this time so please just trust me your mother can explain more clearly than we can talk more." my wolf says. I realized maybe Hope is right for some reason I trust her and decided right then that I will tell Mia and mom and dad soon as I wake up from this dream. Oh no how will I wake up? "Okay so how do wake up I trust you Hope I don't understand why but I just do" I responded " Of course it's natural your body and spirit know who I am and that I have been here all along and to wake up just relax your body will wake up when it is time time moves differently in dreamland." Hope replies "Okay" I say as I sit down next to the tree and close my eyes to relax Next thing I know I woke up in my bed fully aware and remembering what happened in dreamland and I know what I must do, some how I just know and now I don't think I was imagining things I think I really saw someone and I decided right then to tell mom and dad. I get up and head to the shower and handle my hygiene. Once I'm dressed I wake Mia up "Miaaaa heyyy mama wake up I have some news that we have to discuss" I say " I don't want to wake up yet what time is it" she replies "It's 8:45 come on get up I have news juicy news" I respond. You see we loved reading and watching about the supernatural our favorite series was a tie between Twilight, Harry Potter, and Underworld. I just know she's gonna be excited "Come on go shower and meet me downstairs for breakfast we have a long day ahead of us I just feel it" I say Mia sighs and gets up any way saying I owe her sleep I laugh and start to make my way downstairs grabbing my phone on the way down. I have a few text messages from our friend Kiara but that's it she just want a ride to a party last night can you believe her that's like the only time she calls is when she needs a ride I'm sick of her I sigh and place my phone on the counter and begin cooking breakfast since I'm the first one downstairs and let's just say I want everyone on a full stomach when I explain what I've learned last night. I can't wait to see moms face and to think she's trying so hard with dad to keep it a secret. I guess it kinda makes since now why we eat so much and why dad is so big I wonder to myself as I start to get out the eggs,cheese, potatoes, 2 cans of biscuits, onions,pancake mix, strawberries, whipped cream, cinnamon,sugar,bacon,sausage and bread. I decide I am going to make cheesy eggs, potatoes and onions with cheese, cinnamon pancakes, french toast w strawberries and whipped cream, bacon, sausage and biscuits and I get going. About half way thru Mia came down and stole a piece of bacon and grumbled "hey stay out of my bacon girl and come make some coffee and get the glasses of orange juice ready I'm almost done with breakfast.". instead of responding she gets up and gets the coffee started as well as the glasses of oj. As I am plating everything mom and dad walk downstairs.
