Amala POV He is back, he’s safe and he’s a prince. No he’s THE prince, oh goddess I’m mated to a prince. Me a plain orphan girl mated to a prince. Are my first thoughts as I open my eyes and look at the beautiful sunrise. The perfect day. Or so I thought when I glance at the empty space next to me. My heart sinks. Was it a dream? No it had to be real, then why did he leave again? I sit up and look around, there’s no sign that he was here. I grab the pillow and inhale deeply, oh it smells like him waterfalls and leather. He was here, but he left. Maybe he saw my face and couldn’t bare looking at it anymore. I get up and make my way to the bathroom to take a shower, after undressing I look at myself in the mirror. The open wounds have started to heal but the bruises looks worse. Deep purple
