I've Always Been Yours

Chapter 13

The next few days our life is pretty boring. Just hanging out with the friends who did come back, shopping, movies and chilling with each other before it comes time when Hayden and Mac will be heading back.

They'll be leaving within the next few hours to head back to campus since the coach called a mandatory practice. I am so excited to watch him play and rock his jersey just like the old days. The only thing I'm not looking forward to is leaving them to go back to my own campus. I can't wait to transfer.

Once Mac and Hayden say their goodbyes and see you soon they head off back to campus. After they leave, i decide that it's time to talk to Mom and Dad about transferring but I know that's not going to be an issue and they'd be alright with us all rooming and living together.

As I thought Dad offered to pay for the house or the apartment but I told him we all discussed paying rent and I didn't want to own a house out there because they know of my dream house being the house between ours and Hayden's it's always been my dream home.

Dad and mom call Hayden's parents and they both agree that they will go half's on a house close to campus for all of us because they said it would always be able to be an investment property after we're done using it. Aria said her and Mac will agree to pay rent for staying with us but dad assured her that wasn't an issue and she'd need her money for the baby.

Once we have that all squared away dad goes back to his office to start browsing local properties for sale as they set up their budgets, took notes of what we were looking for, and decided which area was safest.

Aria and I decided to go up to my room and watch a movie while we waited for the guys to call us after their practice. Once we were all settled in and started the movie my phone pinged with an incoming photo message:

unknown number: awe isn't it sweet. his own personal cheerleader.

unknown number: you know your no match for Sierra she had him first.

unknown number: if you knew what was good for you you'd stay away from her boyfriend.

looking at the photos that were sent with the messages I see a photo of Hayden standing next to Sierra with his arm around her while she has on his jersey with the last name "CARTER" on the back. The second photo she's kissing him on the cheek while he had her wrapped in a side hug.

Aria noticed that my mood seemed to have changed so she asked me what was wrong but I couldn't say anything I just sat there frozen and staring at my phone. Slowly Aria took my phone out of my hands before she started looking at the photos and reading the messages.

"Ky, you know she's been trying to get under your skin since forever. Hayden doesn't have any feelings for anyone other than you and you know that" Aria tries to get me to calm down. I tell her I'd rather just be alone for a while so I'd like her to go to her room.

As she's telling me to call Hayden, ignore all the messages and not to shut them out I noticed she was furiously typing at her screen as she goes across to her usual room. Once she leaves the room I decide to shut my phone on silent and I just lay there and cry. I will try to figure out how I'm supposed to do this the next 3 months till terms are up. Even then, she will just keep trying to get her way.

I hear the door slowly opening and I open my eyes. I must of dozed off while I was trying to figure out and now my eyes hurt from the swelling of crying and I'm getting a headache. I glance up to see Aria standing beside the bed looking like she's about to cry also.

Asking her what was wrong she explained that she got similar messages from an unknown number also but with pictures of some girl with Mac. Like we are supposed to be wearing their jerseys tomorrow not these chicks. I told her I turned my phone on silent and I haven't even checked it lately. Aria decided to do the same thing as we cuddled up with each other and just left ourselves silently crying.

After a few more hours of sleep, we get up and decide to head down to the bar on the edge of town to get some food since Aria can't drink..

Glancing at my phone I notice that I have:

18 messages from Hayden

10 missed calls from Hayden

5 messages from my mom

2 missed calls from Mom

5 messages from Mac

1 missed calls from Mac

and 7 messages from unknown number.

After groaning, I decided to call Mom back. Once she picked up the phone she screamed "wtf Kyra, what happened? you went MIA today and Hayden called us freaking out he can't get ahold of you and he was worried. Informing my mom we just had a headache and we fell asleep watching a movie. Once mom calms down I glance at the messages from Mac and they're pretty much the same asking if we're alright, why Aria is mad at him and how we can make it up.

Knowing we are supposed to go down there tomorrow afternoon we know we have to talk to them or cancel our plans. I'm sure Hayden isn't cheating on me but these messages and photos are just making my insecurities worse.

Aria is starting to feel insecure with herself since she's getting bigger now with the pregnancy. Her and Mac talk all the time so their relationship is stronger then mine and Hayden's but if she's even feeling how I feel then you know I'm not just insecure.

Picking my phone back up and scrolling through the rest of the messages I send Hayden a message back: Everything is fine I guess. We fell asleep but i got more messages today from a unknown number and some more photos so I'll show them to you tomorrow when we get there right now I just need time to think about everything. sorry to startle everyone we fell asleep but now Aria is getting the same pictures and messages so maybe give Mac a heads up too.

Going back to focus on Aria we decided to head down to get our food. Aria decided on a bacon cheeseburger, loaded french fries and a cherry coke while I ordered ranch wings, loaded fries and a cherry vanilla coke. We took some selfies and updated our status on f*******:: lunch date with my best girl sometimes all you need is your bestie and girl do I miss you!

We changed our profile photos also but we knew that would probably upset Mac and Hayden but sometimes they need to feel how we feel they're away from us and even if they aren't cheating specifically it's hard when as get compromising photos of them with other girls.

Hayden and Mac are the first few to like our updates with their own comments about how beautiful we are, how we need a new photo tomorrow when we get there and how much they miss us already even tho they just left. Hayden also comments that he loves me and that he can't wait to be with me all the time.

Deciding that we're finished eating we pack up our leftovers and head back to my place so we can call the guys.
