I've Always Been Yours

Chapter 12

"Waking up next to you has to be the most amazing thing in this whole world babygirl!" she hears Hayden whisper as his hands explore her body. Touching and tasting, kissing and licking before she knows it her entire body explodes with her releases.

Responding back with a moan she tells him she can't wait to do that for the rest of her life. They both get up to get ready to start preparing for Thanksgiving Dinner.

Hayden says he has to head home to help his parents get their own stuff ready but hell be seeing Kyra soon before he kisses her goodbye and Kyra heads downstairs to help her parents.

Once downstairs, Kyra began working on peeling potatoes. Since they have huge multi-family gatherings they always make a bunch of different things. Kyra's family always makes two turkeys roasted in the oven, with mashed potatoes, homemade scalloped potatoes, potato salads and loaded baked potatoe soup along with all Kyra's dessert items.

Haydens family always makes two hams with brown sugar, a bunch of ham gravy, green bean casserole, macaroni salad and baked beans. Haydens mom makes the best baked beans!

All the other families bring drinks, chips and dips, homemade Mac and cheese, candied sweet potatoes, homemade noodles, stuffing balls and meat and cheese platters.

There is always so much food, snacks, drinks and desserts that we always have tons of leftovers that we donate to the homeless shelter that we all go to after dinner and help them serve their people. So we usually eat around 4 and they have their dinner around 6:30 giving us time to eat, clean up and package the left overs for us to take down and serve them. Most of the time because we always have so many different dishes we allow them to choose whatever else they want besides the ham and or turkey.

We usually do the volunteer thing at Christmas time too. Oh it helps us feel better about everything else. Growing up we've always done this because even through we came from money out parents like to remind us to be humble.

Unfortunately, two of my older brothers Seth and Cannon weren't able to come back for Thanksgiving this year as they're living in Europe and their wife's are due anytime now and they can't travel. I really miss them but thankfully we'll have two new blessings when they come to visit at Christmas time.

As everything starts to finish up I excused myself to go get ready for everyone to start arriving. Hayden is the first to show up and start unloading his parents car.

I decided to wear a plum purple sweater dress. I left my hair down but added curls to give it more bounce before applying my makeup and heading downstairs to meet with everyone. Waiting at the bottom of the stairs for me I see Hayden. He's wearing dark denim jeans and a grey long sleeve Henley top.

"You look so beautiful babygirl" he says as he pulls her into his side and kisses the top of her head. "You clean up pretty well too handsome" she smirks at him. Holding hands they walk into the family room to mingle with the other guests.

As typically big brother behavior her brothers tell him they'd like to have a chat with him later about hurting their baby sister but in all seriousness they believe he's perfect for her and that they belong together.

Settling down for dinner together they all fall into casual conversations. Conversation flows easily through the night before they all go around and say what they are thankful for.

After dinner, they package up all the leftovers to take down to the homeless shelter. Before they leave Kyra announces that she has a surprise for Aria and Mac and everyone needs to grab a cupcake but not bite it into it yet.

Once everyone has a cupcake Kyra announces that inside one cupcake there is a color frosting and if you get that cupcake you get to announce the gender of their baby and I got you a gift in your room for after we get home.

On the count of THREE everyone bite into your cupcakes and check for the color. ONE. TWO. THREE. GO!

Before everyone can get a bite we start to hear shouting. "I have BLUE icing inside mine auntie Kyra!" my four year old niece Halley tells us!

Cheers and laughter erupt through the room and I'm pretty sure I see Mac tearing up as he grabs ahold of Aria and shouts were having a son!! I can't believe our baby is a boy!

As everything settles down we all get ready to head down to distribute the food at the shelter and I walk up to Hayden. He looks happy for them too. Hugging him and kissing him he says so only I can hear him "I can't wait for that to be us one day princess. I can't wait for you to have my babies. For us to get married to spend the rest of my life with you!"

Chuckling I whisper back: "I can't wait either handsome. You will be the best daddy when that day comes!"

Once we all head out it's pretty smooth sailing the rest of the night. We serve dinner for everyone, we help them clean up and put their leftovers in the fridges and head out. Since tomorrow is Black Friday Shopping we all head back to my house so we can get some rest before Hayden and I head out shopping.

Suddenly I hear Aria let out a squealing sound and know she must be opening her gifts so Hayden and I walk over and see if she likes them. She shows Hayden and Mac the onesie sets I got them. A yellow onesie that says I love my daddy, a blue onesie that says Mama's favorite dude, a grey onesie that says my uncle Hayden is better then yours and a black oneside that says Auntie Kyra is my bestie. All custom made and adorable.

Also, I included a gift certificate for them to order a custom name blanket once they decide on a name for the little dude, socks and a pair of infant shoes. Aria hugs me and squeezes me tight telling me how much she loved them. Excusing ourselves, me and Hayden head back to my room.

Spending time with Hayden cuddling up and watching TV I fall asleep after an exhausting day. Im excited to spend the whole day shopping with Hayden tomorrow.

Our alarm goes off early in the morning. We get up, shower and head out to spend the day together. I had no plans to get much while shopping but Hayden had other ideas.

We shopped all day. We ate at our favorite restaurant. After an exhausting day we decided to head home and relax together in the tub before Hayden spent the rest of the night showing me just how much of a good day we had.

I fall asleep in his arms dreaming about the amazing life well share, the family as want, the dream house and think only a few more years of college and our dream can finally be ours.
