The marriage date is set
Moveing on with her life was a difficult decision to make for Christal, she was pressurized to make decisions at short notice. Her fathers workers were not her friends. After her father passed away the big house was like a mausoleum. Christal had a life she wanted to live with emotional needs just like anyone else's.
She was a lonely girl who was just looking for love or even a scrap of affection. The mansion on the hill where she lived was impressive by anyone's standards. She was tired of living in her beautiful expensive prison.
Alone all by herself Christal was just a shadow on the wall of that opulent building as she was under her father's feet for him to kick her away. Now that her father has died she was left without anyone talking to her. Sadly her selfish mother never had time for her. Christal turned to food as her friend and pacifier. Christal was not very overweight she was still in a manageable position to doing something that could help her eat more healthy foods but did she want to do that, that was the issue here.
The servants were angry with her, they said bad things about her when she was not looking or they thought she could not hear them speaking about her.
The sad part of her life without a mothers love was not being without her but the reality of not being hugged or loved was making Christal rebellious and ashamed of being herself.
Her father had been a wealthy businessman, all his belongings now belonged to Christal. She was rich now but without anyone to share her life she was left emotionally poor. If only her famous mother could have raised and loved her she would have been ok but instead she was always going to be a very famous actress and stay that way without showing the world she had a grown up daughter.
Her mother kept her marriage name as it suited her acting career. The greatest pity was her mother had not kept her, Christal was just a pawn to be used in a ugly divorce.
Christal was called a spoiled imbacille, brat and that child by her mother , Latchme Lehaney the world famous beautiful actress who was heard to say " I am ashamed of my fat daughter," she said this to a servant who told the servants at her fathers house. The servants had a good laugh at her expense.
Christal was unloved and isolated, she decided to go away from home. She used her fathers attorney's to let the servants go. They were of no use to her, they were her fathers worker's not hers. Christal was relieved when she placed covers over all the furniture and closed up the big house.
She was accepted into secretarial training college and to be totally anonymous she used her mother's maiden surname to disappear into a mundane life. She was happy when she was accepted into her new life away from the eyes of those who hated her for her money.
If she had just gone to school, graduated as she did all would have been well but silly her she had to get involved with her boss. It only took four months for her to mess up her new anonymous life.
She had agreed to marry her boss of four months. Naturally she was head over heels inlove with him. The truth was who in the office was not inlove with him. Christal was no different from them, all the women was always going to be involved with him. She should have known the unthinkable would happen. It was inevitable that one of his many admirers would be in his embrace as soon as her back was turned.
She was a fast learner but this time she was not listening to anyone as she felt she was the lucky one to have received her boss's attention. Little did she know what would happen to her in the end of her very short relationship.
The tears were of joy and happiness. "My sweet girl, you don't have to be unhappy as our love is secure," He had said. He was now her husband and she was not unhappy as he had assumed but rather happy and grateful for all her new opportunities that was about to open up for her. She was soon to learn a leopard never changed his spots. Her new husband was not hers, he was a walking love machine who mindlessly did not care about her.
Christal should have known better than anyone what a scoundrel Paul Myers was as all the other secretaries in the office was just so very eager to tell her. She started working there four months ago. She was the most intelligent one in her class at the new academy for social media secretaries. This was a new combined strategy to incorporate social media as a mainstream platform for offices.
From blogging to f*******: advertising Christal was well versed in her field of social networking.
There was just so much to do at first she was not noticed but the morning that made her think she had lost her job was just too strange for words.
She had dropped her large stack of files on the boss's feet. He in turn had helped her pick up the whole lot. He had a plastered smile on his face that was charming enough to knock her for six.
After that she was called to his office and her life took a radical change. Her boss was as interested in her as she was in him.
In the space of four months she was knocked off her feet. He literally was right on his knees asking her to marry him. Her one new friend asked her to take things slowly but she was not going to do that.
The wedding was fast and surprisingly cheap. There was very few people at the wedding and the kiss Paul gave her was just a peck.
She was stunned beyond belief, when she cought him kissing the bridesmaid. Strangely he chose her as their bridesmaid.
He was now a different person to the one who she knew just a day ago.
"You should go on a diet, maybe then I could want you!" He said dramatically emphasizing his words with flaying hands. That hurt her, here he was saying these words but she was just mortified as she slapped him, he was shouting,"Nobody slaps me, you wretched girl. You were just a dare anyway. I will divorce you in a month or two but in the meantime don't you get too comfortable!"
Paul was angry at this silly girl. She should have been grateful he married her as he was definitely not planning to sleep with her. His long term friend Jackson Taylor was a fashion designer and he wanted someone he could model and reshape.
Jackson was the one who suggested or rather dared him to marry Christal and reshape her. After the two of them made this wager they even wagered money who would change Christal first. Christal was very angry when she stormed out of Paul's house as she was definitely not going to stay after all that she saw and heard.
