Heated Argument

1293 Words
There was quite a lot of stress in Paul's life, these moments have especially proved to be crucial. Paul needed Christal to sign his documents. In contrast would she happen to become vindictive and refuse signing his documents. She could use his need for her signature as a way of getting back at him. That was the crucial question Paul kept asking himself. Paul was a man who never gambled on anything as he believed in staying clear minded. This is the reason he had asked advice from his friend Jackson Taylor. Jackson suggested he tried a last date attempt with Christal. Jackson was sneaky, he told Paul he should heighten his romantic side. Charming Christal would be a better option than having this ridiculous fight with her in virtual public. After heated exchanges with each other for two days Paul and Christal decided to go for a date at a local restaurant. Christal was naturally on her guard against Paul. He was very handsome as he guided her , holding her arm as they followed the table usher. The two combatants sat down at their table, both of them had hidden cameras placed at different angles of the room. They were photographing everything that was happening with this date. Each one had decided to show the media what was taking place at this fake date. Christal was thirsty, she agreed to have a glass of wine. That was not a good choice as her mouth was now dry. She looked at the bottle on the table and saw it was a very dry white wine that was not her kind of wine as she preferred red wine to white. She saw the label said used for cooking. She could see this night was going to get tricky with Paul as he was smiling a little broadly at her. There was static electricity in the air, as they sized each other up for combat. Combat in a game of lost love or looking to see if they could appear charming and entertaining to a audience as both of them where now posting this date on the internet. There was standoff animosity as Paul sipped his bourbon staring at Christal over the glass. He was now going to prove his point to everyone, this woman infront of him was a harpy and he would prove to the world what she was. He came here to expose her for the fraudulent person she was. Nobody messed with him, just nobody and he would find a way to prove to the world that Christal was a devious person who did not deserve to have such a high rating but instead she had to be shunned by society. Christal glared at him, she was just as interested in prooving to everyone what was supposed to be her biggest nightmare sitting opposite to her. Something went wrong with the plans they had to upstage each other as the opposite happened. Halfway through the dinner they laughed and he made the mistake of looking into her eyes. Christal was mesmerized, she could even see the outlined green of his eyes, that was how intensely she gazed into them. She was blushing as heat was reaching to her cheeks. It must have been that cheap white wine, how else would she be staring into his eyes and wanting this awful man to kiss her. The feelings were mutual, at that moment Paul saw her beautiful delicate features as if for the first time. He looked at her beautiful red colored dress that showed her now beautiful figure as she had worked hard to loose kilos. Christal was actually quite beautiful tonight, a lovely dinner and candlelit was a very powerful aphrodisiac at this present moment. Paul wanted to kiss her even if only for a moment. The spell was soon brocken as they both looked away. Everything was recorded and being a live stream as both of them had their cameras rolling. Paul detested the aggressive manner Christal put their lives into the media, they were now becoming a circus act. Christal was placing their lives into the public domain. Paul was not pleased by the negative attention he now received from his business partners. His friend Jackson Taylor, who is also his mentor called him a few days ago. There was a awfullness to his suggestions that Paul go and apologize to Christal. Christal was a powerful and strong woman who was wronged by her husband. This made Christal filled with vengeance. Unfortunately she was going to destroy everything Paul worked for, naturally a few suitors would not be able to buy back what would be left of him after Christal got her way when she humiliated him. The truth was it was painful being alone and unloved. Christals mother always repeated over and over "Opportunity only comes once," this was definitely one of those days. With that words of wisdom from her delinquent mother reverberating in her mind she came out of the restaurant with Paul feeling giddy and excited. When she nearly tripped over her own feet Paul caught her with a graceful grin on his face. Her face was now so close to him she could smell his breath. There eyes met as sensuous elements of mutual desire sparked between them. She felt a heat build up in her stomach. Butterfly's were swimming in her stomach. Christal was overwhelmed with desire for this man who she has declared as her enemy to the whole world. At this moment the world could wait. The world stopped when his lips found hers in a breathtaking kiss. Christal was not filming now, her followers would have seen that she was protesting too much as she was still attracted to Paul. This was actually way more than attraction. She realized she actually loved him. As astonishing as it was that was definitely how she felt. He said sorry after he straightened out who's belongings belonged to whom. Paul handed her the leather bag she carried with her as he had picked up both his fallen wallet and her bag when she had tripped. She felt disoriented at that moment. The world infront of her seemed to zoom out of control as she fainted. When she gained consciousness she found herself lying on a hotel bed. Paul had just come out of the bathroom when he saw she was awake. "You must have had to much wine tonight my dear." He said with a smile. She sat up and was about to attempt leaving when Paul sat on the bed, he stopped her as she was about to get up. That was the last straw, as they touched intensely burning feelings erupted into a molten lava of love. At least from Christals point of view. They loved each other with intensity that was unmatched. Christal was keeping score but Paul was as he showed her in his bed. The world could now see what she was. He took a photo of her in a compromised position in his bed. He would not know this was a pivotal moment in his life he would later have wished he had not done. Humiliating her in public was Paul's goal but in reality he did not know he would feel the intensity of remorse after he had burned Christal infront of the world as a lying fiend for actually caring about him. He had proven his point. The only problem was she had disappeared mysteriously.... nobody knew where she was. This time Christal was going to make sure nobody would find her as she went into hiding against but this time she was definitely not going to use any social media platforms as company.
