Chapter 17

Sorry for not updating like I should I havent had internet for a min and on top of it all I have been fighting a cold and still am but like promised here is your chapters.

     Ellie's POV

I sit up and watch as Zane moved closer to me. "What this cant be real. You died" I say as I am still a bit in shock.

"No I didnt thats just what everyone said to make it easier for everyone to forget that what I did. So they kicked me out of the pack and now I am an Alpha to the rouges" He says as he sets at the edge of the bed.

"What did you do Zane" I say as I move feather away from him. "Do you remember when you where 15 and rouges came into our land and tried to take you" He says looking at me.

"Yes but what does that have to do with you or me" I say not giving him eye contact. "Well I was the one who let them in my dear and you where the one they wanted since you are a strong female Alpha" He says with a little chuckle like he finally won.

"But why dont you want me Zane" I ask finally looking into his cold black eyes. "Why you my dear sweet Ellie are going to insure me my blood line will stand" He says with a smirk.

"You are out of your f*****g mind if you think I will help you or even worse bear your pups" I say as I stnd up on the other side of the bed. "You see thats where your wrong Ellie you either become my mate or you will die at my hands" He says as he stands to face me.

"You can do your worse but I will never be your mate you sick bastard. I will never bow down to you or your kind" I say becoming more pissed off then before. Before I realized Zane was standing infront of me his eyes glowing yellow showing me his wolf was on edge but that didnt phase me.

"You will do as I say Ellie" He says as he grabs my throat to squeeze my neck. As he tries to squeeze my neck he quickly jerks his hand away as if he just burned his hand. "What the f**k" I hear him growl.

"Dont put your hands on me you disgusting mut" I say as I try to walk past him. "What the f**k do you have on you that wont allow me to hurt you" He growls as he grabs my wrist.

"Something to insure that you cant kill me or my pup or even better mate with me" I say as I chuckle yanking my hand away from him.

"You will pay for this you stupid b***h, James get in here and take Ellie to the basement and lock her in a cell" Zane says as if on command a guy alot bigger then me walked into the room with a pissed off look on his face came in and grabbed my arm and drug me to the basement.

Once we get into the basement the smell of sliver wolfsbane and blood hit my nose. We talked for a few minutes till we reached what looked like an empty cell. James slung me the cell thankfully it couldnt hurt me if I hit the wall.

"Have a nice stay Luna" James chuckled as he slammed the door. As soon as I realized I was alone I decided it was time to mindlink Cullen and Cari to come up with a plan.

"Cullen are you there" I mindlink my mate. "Ellie are you ok I have been so worried" Cullen says as I sense the worry and the sadness in his voice. "Cullen I know who the rouge Alpha is" I say as I lay on the cold metal like bed.

"Who is it" He says as he is getting impatient for not having me with him. " I need you and Cari in this conversation" I say and with that  "Cari" I call out. "Oh my goddess Ellie" Cari says happy to hear my voice.

"Look I dont have long before someone comes back but Cari the Alpha rouge is Zane" I say and just like I thought I hear the basement door open. "I have to go someone is coming I'll talk later when its safe I love you both" I say.

             Cullen's POV

"Zane" I say as confused as before. "Cari in my office now I yell as I walk towards my office door. I walk inside and sit down at my desk not knowing what the hell is going on.

Knock Knock

"Come in" I say as I look up and see Cari walk into my office and sit down across from me what looks like to be in shock. "What the hell is going on and who the hell is Zane" I growl getting more pissed then before.

"Zane was our friend we all grew up together. He always had this crush on Ellie but she never gave him or any guy the time of day because she wanted to wait for her mate. We stayed friends and I made sure Zane never crossed the line when it came to Ellie. We thought he was dead there was a rouge attack a few years ago when we were 15" She says as she tries to figure out what was going on.

Cari stared off into space for a few minutes before she looked up at me with fear in her eyes. "What is it whats wrong" I say with worry in my voice.

"Zane is going to get a very powerful witch to come and try to break the spells I put on Ellie" She says as she knows all to well of the witch he has in mind. "Can you tell when this will take place" I ask as I get up and walk to my window. 

"We have a week to get Ellie back or it may be to late for her and the pup" Cari says in a weak voice.
