It happens

During his Class XI, Kani had a physics teacher named Mr. T S. He was an amazing person. He was rightly called as 'the concept king' as he always had a unique style of giving live explanations in the class. He hated students who went for tuition and he always wanted his students to study on their own. His mode of keeping tests in the class was also different. He would inform one section that they would be writing a test but he would keep the test for another section. The students would get confused but he used to be like that, at that time. During the test, he would call upon the set of students whose roll number ends with the multiples of 5 and he would conduct the exam only for those people alone. He was a mind reader. He was not only a physicist but also a kind of prophet, who used to train up his students in a way that could sustain in their future.      His way of teaching was quite different. According to him, education should not be a mere leaning thing but it should intrigue the students to get engaged in the process of learning new things every day. He was also the alumni of the school. He belonged to the period during which Mc Mohan the great was the school principal.      During that time, the school was following the CBSE syllabus. In those times, the students were free from carrying books to the school. Whatever was taught in the school was just listened by the students and they have to write the exam on their own, in a way how they understood the concepts that were taught to them in the class. But as days evolved, the school started following Matric syllabus in the subsequent years. As he came from such a background, he was like that. His punishments were also different like him. One day, during the lab session, he found a student who sleeping in his class. He called that student and asked him to put his chair on the table. The boy did the same as he said. He then said the boy to sit on the chair now and continue his sleep from there. The boy was stunned and everyone can't control their laughter at that moment. From that day, the boy was very alert and attentive during his class hours.      He used to teach the lessons with the basic examples that we see in our day-to-day life. For example, to explain the fact that the work done will be zero, if the force acts perpendicular to the line of motion, he used to give an example, that if a lady carries a pot full of water on her head, the work done by her will zero. Likewise, he used to go with many examples to teach the physics concept. The termite stories, the ant and the displacement concepts, etc. were some of the other examples he used to quote in the class. He used to keep Kumkuma on his forehead, which some students would refer that as 'Ruby crystal'.          His classes make the students feel sleepy but when they listen to that there would be more and more information that any textbook could teach in this world. He also used to say in the class that one should not be like a 'book worm'. He wanted his students to understand the concepts of the context but not simply get thorough with the textbook contents merely. His teachings were never understood by the students during that time but when they entered college life, they used to get the real meaning, hidden behind his sayings.      One day, he asked a student to come for a demo, for which, a student named, Bala Chandran, volunteered himself. He asked the boy to go a few steps back and come inside the class by turning his body in a spinning manner as he enters inside the class. Everyone in the class was eagerly watching him. The boy went for a long distance. He then did some warm-up exercises before he started his running. It was very funny for everyone but all were keenly expecting how he would be carrying out that task. The boy came running faster like a racing bullet! But unfortunately, he hit his head bad as he twisted his right in front of the exit of the building. He screamed louder with great pain on his head.      The teacher who witnessed that stated, "It happens! It happens! Sometimes we should be careful while doing work. If we didn't plan it well, then the result would be the same as how the boy did". Everyone had a peal of great laughter that day except that pity boy. But the boy was a Karate kid and that was not at all a problem for him.      One day, Kani left his physics book on the physics lab and he went here to take the book. There he found his physics teacher doing some work. He asked the teacher permission to take his physics book from the table. The teacher said that he should not take the book. Kani politely gave a reply that it was his book, lying on the table. But the teacher said as it was preserved inside the lab under room temperature, Kani needs to pay some money for that. Kani then kept silent for some time but he couldn't control his laughter too. Then, the teacher returned his books to him with a smile on his face. Kani gave him the same smile in return. Those moments were everlasting memories that would never fade, at any cost!      Kani had a maths teacher named, Mrs. Rama, during that time. She was a strict teacher and sincere at her work all the time. But the students were afraid of maths at that time. Maths was a dry subject with full of formulas and problems. For some students, problems were not at a problem but for the others, problems were always problems. During the annual examination, she came to Kani's exam hall for invigilation duty. As Kani was writing faster in a hurry, his eraser went off, flying in the air. It landed at a farther distance. She saw that and at once, she took it and gave back to Kani. Kani admired at her courtesy and kind gesture! He had great respect for that teacher from that moment onwards.      During Class XI also another interesting thing happened in Kani's life. Kani's mother bought him a Tupperware water bottle, a month ago, and she asked him to keep that safe. Kani carefully kept the bottle. But one day, during a physics class as Kani kept his bag outside, someone took his water bottle. Kani searched for his water bottle everywhere but he couldn't find that.      He couldn't conclude that who might have taken his water bottle. "Maybe if they might have taken that for quenching their thirst why not they keep that in the same place, from where they took?", Kani asked in his mind. He didn't reveal anything about the water bottle to his mother.      But one day, when Kani was getting ready to the school, his sister found something was wrong with Kani and asked her mother to question about his water bottle. Kani replied to her mother that he lost his water bottle but he added that he didn't do that purposefully and that wasn't his mistake. But Kani's mother lost her cool and she gave a knock on his head. Kani said once again that he missed that intentionally and that wasn't his fault. Soon, he went off to school.      On coming back home, he saw his mother with some stitches in her hand. When Kani enquired her about that she told that her hand got paining after she knocked him on his head. From that day onwards, Kani's mother had a little fear to beat Kani as she thought that he would use some magical spells as he did before and make her get into the trouble once again. Also, Kani thought he had some superpowers vested with him after that incident happened.
