Into Madness
Anger.....Anger is the beginning and the end of madness, and many say that love overcomes all, but those who have sank into the madess have also surrendered themselves to the darkness within, and because of this sacrifice may never love anything again. This story of a man who succumbed to the Madness within himself and his name was Oliver Crane.
His story begins on a chilly Autumn night, Crane is lost in himself holding his Astra model 903 to his head, his mind is shattered, his anger spilling out of him, and his sanity far from stable. He prepares himself for the bullet, " probably won't hurt." He said assuring himself that the end wouldn't be so bad for him after all " I'll get the last laugh, after all this has been a two-faced serenade from the beginning," he closes his eyes and begins to pull the trigger......."Oliver?" her voice so sweet, so.....innocent, he stops. He drops his hands, and stands up, "The night is far from over." He says with a wicked grin.
3 Weeks Earlier
After a long night Oliver awakes to his bedroom still half unpacked from the move a week prior, Oliver and his wife Alice had just recently moved from California to Colorado after they had finished school, they had studied fine arts for the last four years together as friends, but fell in love after a night out of their classes when Oliver kissed her on the pier of the beach at nightfall, after a year of hard work and commitment they were on their final year as students, Oliver was interested in sculpting and photography, while Alice favored graphic design and computers, one night in july Oliver knew he wanted to marry Alice with all his heart and soul, but it's also when it started, something as delusions, sometimes as visions, and there she was in all of her beauty; brunette hair, slim features, and the prettiest crystal blue eyes Oliver had ever seen. There she was standing in her black and red dress, tan skin underneath, he knew this was it, he got down and proposed that night on the very same pier he kissed her on the year before, this was also the first time Oliver had seen the darkness.
