My mind has been completely preoccupied over the days leading up to this meeting. I spent the last few hours in the nursery at the hospital, waiting for their discharge to be official. The past few days have been the scariest of my life. It was definitely a combination of flashbacks. First losing my parents, then Anna. It was a bitter pill to swallow. I was just grateful that I still had my family and they were all fine.
Now that we were all back at the pack house and in good health, it was time to get back to work.
Seven out of the thirteen Alphas from our new order where in attendance for this meeting. Ares was also here. It was time to discuss our final plan of action.
"We have gotten reports that the council's army is about thirty miles south of here at their base camp."
