Well, home sweet home. between Riley and Adrian, it was decided that I would move on to the Alpha's floor. I spent so much time thinking of myself as the true alpha. It was foreign to actually be here. I wasn't in the main bedroom, of course. But, neither was Adrian. At least we were on a level playing field.
It doesn't take long to get all of my belongings moved and put away. Just some clothes and a few pictures.
There's a knock at the door. I know by the scent that it's Riley. I scrambled for the knob. A little too excited to see her. We hadn't had a chance to talk since she stormed off yesterday. Not exactly how I expected our first meeting to go. I was surprised when I was linked by Alpha Adrian, informing me that I had until the end of the day to move upstairs. As per Rile
