The royal stranger

“Hey,” Kelvin whispers to him as he looks sideways uncertain of what he would say. “I know you are still worried about your friends but you should rest today, first thing in the morning by three a.m. we will accompany you in the search.” He said earnestly as Kyle could see from his countenance. “Where are the horses we will ride on?” He looks around. “Because I don’t see any horses,” “Of course this is a large city full of horses,” Saul said, and when Kyle heard his statement he turned toward him. “What do you mean by that?” Kyle asks as Saul groans silently but he couldn’t get himself to figure out his reason for groaning at least not until he stops lifting his gaze up at him. “Why do you seem to understand everyone else but not me,” he hesitates. “We are thieves don’t you get it, staying with us means that all you would be eating are stolen, the only thing you can see here that wasn't stolen is just this brick made house, understand,” when he made an end of his statement he walked inside through the entrance door. “Welcome, just come in, there is enough food for all of us,” Gilbert touch’s Kyle slightly on the back as he follows Felix and Kelvin inside. “Stolen food?” Kyle whispers to himself with his eyebrows slightly furrowed. “I can’t eat stolen food.” He turns backward as he heads out with the intent to find another means to get some food. On his way out he began hearing the sound of drumsticks from afar so he decided to have a look in order to find out what was going on. After a long walk he spots some group of civilians standing a little further from where he was so he moves quickly towards them to understand the reason for the clustering since that was the place the drum sounds were coming from. The villagers kept making way for the large number of armies as there were many whispers everywhere, everyone was talking about where such adorned royalty had been hiding for years and where she emanated from out of the blue sky. Behind the large number of armies were up to ten horses and a large chariot whose sides were covered In costly linen as none of the villagers were able to see the person who was inside. Kyle forces his way through the midst of the people to have a clear view of who was coming In as he was also driven incase amongst them he could lay eyes on his friends but unfortunately when he arrives at the front all he could see was soldier ahead and soldiers behind, all guarding a stunning chariot which was In the middle. He kept his gaze on the chariot as while it was passing a strong wind blew hard and the curtain fitters open as a coin bag falls off from the chariot but Kyle was right in time to catch it since he wasn't too distant. The chariot comes to a stop as Kyle looks at the bag of coins, with that amount of money he is able to buy a lot of food and do much if he runs away with it. ‘No, that's not the right thing to do,’ he thought to himself as he looked at the chariot but no one was coming to get the bag of coins which was more tempting. The soldiers halted and the people were staring at them without knowing the reason why they weren't moving. Kyle looked again at the chariot but still no one was coming for it. “You have to do what is right,” he moves towards the chariot without hesitation as when he got there two soldiers prevented him with their staves crossed against each other but no word was uttered to him. “I have to give this back, it fell off from the chariot,” Kyle said to the guards but yet they stood without uttering a word. He felt it was strange since they wouldn't let him in and neither would they give him a reply, it was like he was missing something but could not tell what it was. He thought back on the books which he had read about this time supposing an answer to their action could be revealed, he thought maybe he missed the words. ‘Everything I said was right,’ he looked up first at the two soldiers and again at the entrance into the chariot. He was about to speak up as he saw a feminine hand push the curtain sideways with a quick sign following. Kyle couldn’t tell if that sign was meant for him or for the soldiers as when the feminine hand went in again the soldiers granted him access. He blinks, taking two steps forward to the door. “Sorry to keep you waiting, this fell off from your chariot and I thought it good to return it,” when he had spoken someone inside pushes the curtain aside with her hands stretched out to him but he wasn't paying much attention to the first lady rather to the second who was at her left with a white slightly transparent veil covering her face. He hands the bag of coins to the first lady then looks again at the one whose face was covered with a veil. “What’s your name?” she asks as he glances back at her. “My name is Kyle Witt,” he replied. “You made a good choice,” she looks at his dress. “By the way I like your dress, it’s a nice outfit,” “Thanks,” he replied as she closed the curtain again and the soldiers continued moving and so did the chariot. “Who was the young man?” the lady whose face was covered in the tent asks as her maid, being the one who Kyle handed the bag of coin, turns towards her. “He said his name was Kyle Witt,” she replied. “Did he make mention of where he was from?” she asks again. “No,” the maid replied with her countenance filled with curiosity, she hesitated for a while when she noticed there was no further question from the princess. “Permit me to ask a question your highness,”
