Liam Pov

It's been a long day already, been on the phone to Alpha Zayn from Silver Moon Pack talking about their problem with the rogues that keep attacking them so i have said that we will head there, i mind-link my beta Blake “ Blake we are going to silver moon pack, can you get 5 warriors ready to come with us to leave shortly please” blake replies with “ Yes alpha” i hate him calling me alpha we are best friends since i can remember, he is like a brother to me.

As i am getting ready to go and visit Silver moon blake mind-links me ‘ alpha, lilly and max are bringing themselves with us as well as 5 warrior, i told max that this isn't one of them places he can be his max annoying self’ i sigh ‘ fine as long as he is on his best behaviour, see in you 5 minutes at the front’ with that i cut of the link.

50 minutes into the drive from Peterborough to the outskirts of Cambridge we pull over at a restaurant to grab some food before we arrive at silver moon, as i'm approaching the door, i'm getting the feeling that i haven't felt before and asher my wolf is pacing,’ Mate is here’ my eyes widen in shock, walking through the door i catch her scent but i can't see her yet her scent is driving me crazy strawberries and chocolate, i'm looking around trying to play it cool and that when this beautiful women walks toward us, she has brown hair that is up in a messy bun, she is about 5ft 7” she has sparking blue eyes, she is perfect, im stunned into silence when all of a sudden her eyes meet mine and we both whisper ‘mate’, we are both just staring at each other not knowing what to do, all i want to do is grab her and hold her in my arms and kiss her pink plum lips, i could think of a lot more than just hold her and kiss her but that will have to wait.

Blake clears his throat and brings our attention back from each other, she clears her throat, and bows her head towards me to show me respect as I am the alpha king,“ sorry, how many are there of you? And i'll take you to your table” my turn to speak “ Hi, there are 9 of us” hopefully she has 9 seats in the section she is working in, “Right this way Alpha king Liam” oh s**t, she is not calling me that “ its Liam, you can call me Liam” she must an alpha, as her aura is powerful to powerful to a beta, just like she is reading my mind “ I am Beta Sophie Sanders of Silver Moon Pack, it's a pleasure to meet you alp….Liam” she smiles at me and blushes abit, oh god she is going to kill me.

“Nice to meet you Beta Sophie, this is my Beta Blake, my 5 warrior, Steve,Josh,Mike, Jack and Taylor and my two friends Lilly and Max” “ Nice to meet you all, here is your table and i will be your waitress, can i start by taking your drink order? Or would you like a moment?”

Blake speaks with a bit of a harsh tone “8 beers and a wine for Lilly please, thanks' 'I send a death stare to him and he stiffens knowing he has done wrong, ' ' thanks I won't be a moment with your drinks' '.

Half an hour after eating and talking about what will happen in the meeting, i can't stop thinking about Sophie, she is beautiful but she can't be a beta even if she said she is, but she is to powerful, i'll have to keep an eye on her even if she is my mate, i don't know her yet.

Sophie Pov

I cant believe the Alpha King is my mate, oh for goodness sake why did it have to happen to me, i'm no one important, whilst they are eating and talking im over by the bar, sorting bills out, i peep at my mate he has blonde ash hair, ocean blue eyes and is about 6 ft 4” he is so tall, and handsome you can see his broad shoulder muscles through his top he is dreamy, sudden freezing cold water comes into contact with my face and i know exactly which bastard done it “Jax what is your problem! Why would you do that whilst we have customers?!” “ you've been checking out all them guys on table 5 since they have sat down, i dont pay you to sleep with customers do your f*****g job” “ f**k you jax, you are a f*****g slimeball, you have no right, i have done no such thing” this is when i regret my words as jaxs hands are now round my neck i could take beat him but he is a human so i can't do anything without getting in trouble, “ jax let me go or i swear” at this point i see alpha king liam and his eyes are black, oh crap i have to do something before he kills him.

His grip has gotten tighter around my neck. I try to calm my body and then my knee makes contact with Jax's family jewels “ Touch me again and that won't be the only thing i do” “you w***e, you're done here, get out!” “with pleasure, and if you think about not paying me your dead wrong” i head towards the till “ you can't do that Sophie” “ watch me, because i know you won't pay me just like the other girls you've done it to, but i'm not a fool, ill take whats mine “ taking some cash from the till i head to the back room and grab my stuff and head to my car, what the hell am i going to do now, Zayn is gonna kill me, i get in my car and put my head in my hands, debating whether or not i should go back in there and beg jax to with my job back, but instead i put my car in gear and head home.

Pulling into the packhouse i see a very angry Zayn waiting for me at the front doors, i park the car, take a deep breathe and then make my way to Zayn, i don't look at him not wanting to be disrespectful to my brother but i am not in the mood to deal with what he has to say, “ what happened? Why are you wet? Was it Jax again? I'll kill him '' I sigh and look at my brother trying not to let the tears in my eyes be seen “Zayn it's ok, just a rough few hours and I lost my job, can I have more duties please? I know i have a lot already but without the job i need need more duties can i start training the she-wolfs please” Zayn sighs and i know i'm going to get a lecture, but instead of a lecture he pulls me into a brotherly hug “Sophie you didn't need that job anyway, and yes you can start training the she-wolfs but please be careful, i don't know what i would do if i lost my little sis”.

I step back and look at my brother, something is bothering him and he isn't telling me, maybe Maisy will know, “ I love you big bro, i'm going to the training grounds and train for a bit and then i will go see maisy i haven't seen her in a few days” i smile at my lovely big bro, we look nothing alike he looks like dad, Black Hair and brown eyes just like dad and mum, i'm the odd one out but i've always known that they wasn't my real parents but i dont think Zayn knows that i know, “ Ok sis, i'll tell her that you will see her soon, i'll be in my office waiting for the Alpha King to arrive” just as he said Alpha King i stop dead in my tracks and stiffen, “Sophie whats wrong?” “Err…. nothing, don't worry, i'll see you soon”.

Fuck how could i forget my mate, he saw everything and i just left, he is going to be so pissed at me.
