For the first time in a really long time, I woke up feeling lighter and refreshed, so after I had gone for my morning run, I had a quick shower and got changed before heading downstairs to make some breakfast for my family.
When I was living in England a few years ago, the family I was living with introduced me to their infamous full English breakfast and I was instantly hooked and needed to have it at least once a week because it's a meal that has got all of your favourites on one plate.
I got to work making everything and I made sure to make extra food in case my big brothers and their families stop by as well.
