"Geodhun!" Taylor cried. "You're here!"
Geodhun sneezed twice in rapid succession and shook his head, sending clouds of dust flying in all directions. Particles of dust covered every part of his normally sparkling scales and his gossamer wings were dishevelled and grimy.
Everett clapped his hands together. "Wonderful! And quick, too. You selected a very powerful shell, Amy. Congratulations."
"Bah." Geodhun sneezed again. "Bah. You could have warned me you were about to do that, Everett. I had just sat down to eat. Mistost managed to find us the most delicious bush of sugra berries. I haven't had a sugra berry for centuries. I thought it was a very good omen indeed and now look where I am." He gazed distastefully around the dungeon.
