"Hello I'm Bella, the one who will explain to you about the guild. If you have some questions just ask me." The woman in blue cloth introduced herself while vowing 90 degrees in the counter. "First I wanna know what is the purpose for visiting this guild?" She questioned.
"They are here for identification card for legally traveling here in Kioka." The guard answered.
"Identification card is it.." Bella wrote down , "What is your name,race,age,come from what place and purpose of coming here in Kioka Kingdom?" Bella questioned while smiling.
The guard looked at the young girl and signaled her to go in front of the counter.
The young girl walked in front with Liberaine and answered, "I am Lilibeth, an orphan without a surname, human, 13 years old, from uhh..." Lilibeth looked at the guard behind her.
Seeing the look of her,the guard asks "Are you and Henry from the same village?."
Lilibeth thought for a minute, "Y..es."
The guard looks at Bella, "They come from Sinou Village."
Bella nodded, "And what is the purpose of you coming here?"
Lilibeth answered, "We want an identification card so we can earn money and freely wander while staying here."
Bella looks at the girl, "So do you want to earn money? You can earn here at the guild but after registration of Identity Card you need to get Adventurer Card next. About wandering as long you didn't commit any crime, your safe to go anywhere."
Lilibeth listened carefully to Bella, she looked at her young miss and questioned, "How will you know if we are free from crime?"
Bella get something in the drawer's counter. "This paper is called the 'Concon paper' all the guild have a paper like this." Bella explained while putting down the triangular paper above the counter. "It is a paper made from the artifact of Kalhala. It is use as transmitter of a blood between the guild to the place of Kalhala."
"Using a drop of blood, the concon paper will automatically connect to the center of the kalhala, identifying if the information you've given to us is correct and will know if you commited a crime that is listed down in every guild that exist."
"What is Kalhala?" Because she lied about the place where she lived, Lilibeth asked again immediately.
"Kalhala is the artifact that every guild must have." She showed the triangular concon paper and continued, "An artifact made from the wood of Yggdrasil. Blessed with the god of white, Makhilia, it could tell the person's identity and if they ever do a crime in their life. The president of the main guild headquarters is Sir Donell and he is the maker of Kalhala and the one who invented a guild system."
"The Kalhala artifact can connect to every guild that has information of crimes of others so it will know if someone reports you in the guild. It is being used too for the criminals who don't admit their mistakes. Aside from Identification and detecting lies it have many uses too."
Bella gets a needle, "Just drop your blood here, after that you will get your Identification card."
Lilibeth still poke her finger to the needle, because she didn't commit any crimes aside from hitting the fat slave trader. She is confident that the slave trader is one of the criminals and not under the guild because he committed a heinous act. And she really comes from the Sinou Village before going to this place.
The red blood drops in the center of triangular paper. The blood went to the center of the concon paper and began to disperse. Bella got a normal blank paper and used it to jot down Lilibeth's information. After Bella jotted Lilibeth's information she puts the normal paper above the concon paper. The two papers merged and formed a rectangular shape paper.
Bella said, "And the identification card is made like this."
Bella looked at the card frowning, "I see. You didn't lie and are free from crimes." She handed the card to Lilibeth.

"You didn't say where you really lived. Well.. Maybe my question is wrong in the first place.." Bella shook her head.
"Anyway, I didn't expect that you didn't come from the Sinou Village. And I will not pry anymore. As Long you are free from crimes it's okay to wander here, but if you want an adventurer card you need to update your card to fill the missing details, it will cost you 5 bronze for getting an adventurer card." Bella added, "Do you want to register immediately?"
Lilibeth sighs of relief, "Nope, thank you Ms. Bella. I'm fine now with just an identification card."
"Okay, next is.." Bella nodded and looked beside Lilibeth and found Liberaine. "She looks young. The minimum age for getting an identification card is 12 years old."
"Below 12 years old, the requirement for entering another Kingdom like this, you needed a parents to guide you or a guardian to back you up."
"Girl, you can go to the church and show your identification card. Tell them that you want to be a temporary guardian for this little girl. The two guards behind you can back you up in your sentence." Bella smiled at them.
"Thank you Ms. Bella." After thanking Bella. The four immediately went out, afraid of meeting Anna.
