Entering the inn, Josh immediately runs to the table and slams it.
"My goddess Lefina, your prince is here." Josh yells in a high voice.
Josh's action shocked Liberaine and Lilibeth. Dan is the only one who stared at Josh like it's an everyday occurrence, he whispered to them, "Well, Josh is always like this when he's excited, I'm sorry about that."
"Aiya, looks like the hooligan is here again." A big figure appeared, got a big build, the veins on 'his' muscle kept popping out and got a big chest. The red hair ponytail makes the big figure so fierce that it gives off the aura of a manly warrior.
Josh's eyes lit up, "My goddess." He jumped on the big figure but before he could touch, a big palm fell on his face.
"You hooligan, why did you come here again? Didn't I tell you that only customers can come here in my inn?" The big figure put 'his' hand on Josh's head and kicked him to his stomach.
"Waah, my goddess, I brought a customer." Josh struggled, afraid that the big figure is not going to believe him, he pointed at Liberaine and Lilibeth. "That two.. Look look!!"
Lilibeth hears their conversation but all she could think is the appearance of a big figure who has pointed ears that looks the same of what she saw in the book at the Orion Library , "A dwarf?"
The big figure left her eye in Josh and landed on Lilibeth and Liberaine, "I hear you." She put down Josh and walked closer to them.
Lilibeth shrieked, "I'm sorry, it' my first time seeing one." Lilibeth heard that there are two races of dwarfs, one is a race who have little build and small size, the other race are giants that live in the mountain and love battle. Lilibeth is sure that the one in front of her is the latter. Lilibeth is scared of the people who love battle because her parents died as soldiers in battle.
"HAHAHAHA, our race loves to fight so they live off the border, not in a peaceful place like this one, so I understand if it's the first time you see my race." She chuckled.
"My name is Lefina, the owner of this inn." She moved her hand, signaling Lilibeth to shake hands with her, "Welcome to Puma's Inn."
Lilibeth awkwardly moved her hand to shake hands with Lefina and answer, "Hello my name is Lilibeth and this is my younger sister, Rene."
Lefina looks and finds Liberaine, "A green eyed human?" She propped her chin and questioned, "Where did you come from?"
Lefina has strong senses because she comes from a race who loves battle, even her eyesight is enhanced so she quickly sees Liberaine's eye even though the kid has a swollen face.
Lilibeth glanced at her young miss, she forget that her young miss eyes turned into a different color, she thought she is mistaken because her young miss can't open her eyes clearly, so Lilibeth thought that it is the effect of being beaten. But when Lefina pointed it out, Lilibeth become worried and moved her hand to her young miss face to make Liberaine faced her. She clearly see the beautiful green eyes if you look closer to checked it.
"This .. This is.." Young miss eyes really changed, and it looked natural to her and others would not really believe it if you tell them that young miss eyes are originally brown. "Young ... little sister.. originally had a brown eye but.. I don't know, little sister just become like this.. after being beaten."
"Maybe you.. you siblings have ancient blood in you? Where did you come from?" Lefina became curious, Josh and Dan too after hearing the word 'ancient blood' look at them suspiciously.
"Does the ancient human all have green eyes?" Dan asked.
Lefina nodded and waited for Lilibeth to answer.
Lilibeth definitely knows the ancient human, they are so noble that all living beings know about them, but they didn't know the characteristics of them, so after hearing the question she immediately shakes her head, "No. We are just normal, I don't know what happened to my little sister. But I'm sure that she is not an ancient human." The Duke family's generation didn't produce an heir with green eyes so Lilibeth is sure that her young miss is not ancient.
"Hmm..." Lefina didn't ask any further, she didn't believe Lilibeth, but she just left it be. Lefina only smiled at them warmly.
"You need a rest, right? Quick!! Go upstairs, the second room from the last, there's a cloth in there too so change first, after changing come back here and let's eat together." Lefina smiled warmly.
Dan and Josh stared at Lefina like they didn't know her. They just stared at her in disbelief.
"Hey!!! You-" Lefina cut Josh's sentence, and rumpled his mouth.
Lilibeth is feeling conflicted, "Um... You don't need to treat us well... you see.." She put her hand to her waistband, but Lefina stopped her.
Lefina smiles, "It's okay! All okay. You don't need to pay. A friend of my friend is my friend too." Lilibeth looks at Lefina like she is a saint.
"But-" Lilibeth knew that they were misunderstanding the identity of her young miss, that is why Lefina is treating them kindly. Although her young miss is really a noble it is still different from the ancient people.
"No buts."
Lilibeth could only nod and vow, she went upstairs with Liberaine. 'My debts kept piling up.'
After they are gone, Dan asks a question, "Why didn't you ask more, I don't believe Lilibeth, there's no way that the color of eye can change, they're definitely not a mage. This matter is important. Did you know how important they are if they really are..." Dan looked intensely at Lefina. "Don't tell me you.."
Lefina let go of Josh, and went to the kitchen without answering.
"Hehehehe, my goddess is really smart. Hehehehe." Josh snickered.
"You, you two.. You!!" Dan looked at Josh and Lefina while pointing. He realized something. 'This two money glubber.'
"Hey, after we help them, and if their parents know... The reward.. Thinking of the reward, me and Lefina could buy a big house with that mone-" A spoon flies on Josh's face coming from the kitchen.
"You!! Shut up!! Who will live with you." Lefina comes from the kitchen while holding a saddle, "I didn't help them because of the reward that I will get after." Lefina looks at Josh in an angry face, but the drool on her lips can be seen.
Dan only sighed, and sit in the nearby chair. "You two... are definitely a pair.." Lefina loves battle but the thing that she wanted the most is money, same as Josh.
*Bang*
The door of the inn opened loudly, and three big guys entered.
Lefina happily welcomed them, "Oh!! A customer."
